Really had a great stay. Loved the place and appreciate the attention to detail in the cleverly kept things which were very helpful during a stay. Didn't have to carry anything. It was a really nice experience. Highly recommeded!

I had a great stay with my family including our 4 months baby. Praveen had engaged with us well before and served to all our queries. Place is cozy and peaceful - walkable from beach as well as main road. I recommend the place for family as well as group travellers. I must mention about Krishna who takes care of the property. We had an amazing stay at this place. Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Cleaning was done daily. Raviraj and Vishnupriya are excellent hosts and take a lot of care to make sure you have a great holiday experience. They went out of their way to arrange a bike for us and give lots of local recommendations. We have stayed in quite a few abnbs in this area and this is by far the best one.

Our group stayed here and we all enjoyed our stay courtesy to the team who manages the place and served us. To our surprise it is nicer in reality than the images we saw while reserving it. Sweet location by the beach, nicely done up bedrooms and an expansive garden and pool made it one memorable experience and we would soon be back for more.

We know the owners for many years but we had never stayed at their place. It was amazing and we had the best time ever. The place is magical, the garden is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely come back next season. See you soon!

Fantastic place if you want to just relax. The balcony had a river right next to it and you can spend hours just sitting in the reclined chairs. Felt like home, a good place to come back after enjoying the beaches or historic places of Goa. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys water and needs a calm stay. one plus point is the car/scooter rental is in the same building. lastly, Saheel was very helpful, responsive and made us feel very comfortable at his place. looking forward to visiting again.

A value for money villa! Super clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The location is perfect (Vagator). So for party lovers like me, the villa was at the perfect place. The villa had all the amenities we were looking for.

It was a great stay and Vincent took care of our every needs and provided proper recommendations. Everything was awesome. Only thing is that the renovation was going on during our stay, so we didn't get much privacy and couldn't use 3 out of 4 balconies in the apartment (it was one of most enticing part which made me choose this bnb) and the furniture on the terrace were a little worn out due to being outside in the sun and rain. Also, the sunbathing beds were missing. But apart from these, it was a blissful stay. Silent, surrounded by mountains in the distance. It's fairly close to both Baga/Calangute and Anjuna/Vagator. Good restaurants nearby (Goan Spice, Anand sea food, etc). Jen also helped us with arranging cabs from the Railway station and to the airport as well as get scooty rentals nearby. I do have other scooty rental contacts but they are fairly away from this location (Siolim, Panjim, etc) so this was easier for me. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again

Having a swimming pool was a great bonus, and the air conditioning in the living room made our stay even more comfortable, especially during the daytime. We were people of 4 boys, really had a nice stay at poojas place . We were shocked at the entrance but were highly satisfied by looking at the apartment . Room cleaning was done on daily basis without disturbing our peace. WiFi connection was extremely good.Beds and sofas were neat and cozy . We liked the pillows on the sofa very much 😉.Restrooms were very neat and clean , maintained on daily basis . Special thanks for Bluetooth speakers at hall and very fast laundry services. If you are planning to visit Goa as a group will suggest this place for sure. Really had a nice stay and special thanks to pooja😁

Nimish is a very kind and helpful person. The whole stay right from checkin to checkout felt so easy. He is himself there to guide through everything. His home is at a perfect location to explore everything including the city, north Goa and south Goa. It is equal distance of 30-40 min to everything and even to the airport. The house is fully equipped and so comfortable and clean. I slept like I sleep at my own home. Environment is so comforting within the house. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with such nice terraces for this price is unbelievable. Every little detail has been thought of by him. The internet speed and stability was too good for some like me who has to work on the net. The parking place is a great addition. I am going to be back soon at your place to explore Goa more. Nimish’s place is highly recommended to anyone coming to Goa.

It was a wonderful experience at Umiya Serene.The house and the surroundings are quite and peaceful and easily accessible to most of the places. All the places like Panjim, Baga, Candolim, Calangute are all less than 20 mins away . You can enjoy the cafes around everything which a stone's throw away. Wonderful place for family as well as a group of friends. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Ram (The caretaker) can sort you out for anything and everything.. A very helpful contact. Shweta was very responsive. No complaints whatsoever, 100% will be my next choice for my next Goa Trip.

What a wonderful thoughtful and courteous service from the hosts! Me and my friends celebrated my brother's bachelor's party in Goa and stayed at Savio and Lucy Peres' Airbnb apartment. We received everything we needed and expected and MORE. The check-in was smooth, Savio assisted us throughout the entire process. They were nice enough to keep the pantry loaded with anything and everything we would need, be it complimentary snacks or toiletries. Really takes away all the stress of ordering stuff from outside. The location was decent and the place looked exactly like it does in the listing. They were super friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I statyed at Tarunpreet's penthouse last month for 5 nights with my family which included my elderly parents and my infant daughter. The house is located at a very convenient location if you want to explore North Goa, Panaji is a 10 minute drive. The kitchen is well stocked, other amenities like washing machine and microwave make the stay comfortable. The place is very clean, aesthetically designed and spacious, with a beautiful and large terrace which adds to the charm. The housekeeping is very professional and attend to your needs proactively. There are a number of convenience stores nearby and home delivery is also available. There is dedicated parking available for the penthouse, I would recommend having a personal vehicle. Tarunpreet is a welcoming host who makes sure you feel at home, she is available at all times of the day on messaging apps or call. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxurious and warm stay in Goa.
