Listing perfectly matches the instructions, flexible hosting because lockbox. The air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room appreciated it. The accessibility of the BTS (aerial metro) at+/- 10mm walk, there is a small shop in front of the building where you can buy the necessities. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

This is a beautiful, brand new apartment, in a new building with gym and a rooftop pool. Perfectly furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Separate bedroom and living room, kitchen, balcony overlooking the soi, all new, stylish, and well equipped. The location is also amazing - on a safe and quiet soi but still only steps (maybe 100 feet) from Sukhumvit and both the Asok and Nana BTS stations as well as Terminal 21 mall. A relaxing and comfortable place to stay in a location where there is lots to do, and it is easy to get around Bangkok from here. Tuppadit and his staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 6th Avenue Sukhumvit 15 #406.

We had a fantastic stay at Tassanee's unit. Can't beat the location, as the BTS train station is adjacent to the condo. The condo facilities were great, with a large well equipped gym and a decently sized pool. The unit, although not brand new was clean and in good shape. What stood out was Tassanee's responsiveness - she responded very quickly to our questions and requests and provided additional amenities for the unit when we were discussing with her during our initial feedback after checking in. Highly recommended!

Right next to the light rail, there is also a big mall, there are very many food in it, there are many convenience stores around, and the atmosphere of local life, the pool is good, the scenery is also good

Building is super modern. Great views. Used the gym nearly everyday. Was fun exploring the restaurants in the area. Short walking distance to Makro and Big C. Yoyo was always responsive and available for questions. That makes Yoyo a Super Host. Thank you for sponsoring this condo.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Eve’s place! It was located in a quiet neighbourhood and the entire place was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Eve and her cleaning team were also very responsive and friendly. We definitely would recommend.

This was a great place to stay in Bangkok! Five of us stayed here and we were all pleased. Check in was very easy, we were able to drop off our bags early and the housekeeper was there to assist us. The location is also great, we hit all of the main tourist attractions and many of them were walking distance. This is especially a great location if you plan on spending time at Khao San road late at night, it’s a quick walk maybe about 10 minutes. Patty was a great host, she communicated very well the entire time leading up until our arrival and throughout the trip. She provided many recommendations and helped us find the best way to get there from the airport. The house itself was very clean with great air conditioning which is a necessity there. I’d absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bangkok!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was huge, very clean and well thought out with all the necessary utensils. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. We also liked the location, there are all kinds of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The house owner did not tell me the password, which led to the research for half a day to enter the room ~ ~ The house is very clean ~ ~ The house is very beautiful ~ ~ The house is very comfortable ~ ~ The door is locked as soon as the door is closed ~ ~ The key is locked in the room ~ ~ Contact the car for half a day to open ~ ~ I hope the house can be equipped with the last disposable slippers, and cleaning supplies will be better ~ ~

Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

We loved staying at Panidhi’s place! Great location, just a short walk to Sukhumvit, with a calmer atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, and communication with Panidhi was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

A nice apartment in the heart of Bangkok. It is located within minutes of loads of shops and restaurants. One thing to note is, the apartment is best suited for couples as it’s quite small. Highly recommended and would recommend!
