Perfect place for a stay in September.

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!

Had a really nice stay. Both Natalie in messages and Nona at the place were amazing, helpful and quick responding. I was stay in the autumn and nature around the place is really beautiful. It was a really good place to hide from the city and civilization. Home is very cozy, it feels like hosts made it for theirselves. Everything was comfortable. I want to notice, that all my questions through the experience were answered. And any problem was solved quickly and with quality.

We stayed for 5 nights. It rained every day but we were warm and cozy in this truly magical space. The interior is pretty and the kitchen is fully stocked. We chose to order meals from the host and they were delicious and came right to our door. We felt very spoiled especially since the price was cheaper than restaurant prices. The view of the hillside and sea and parts of Kobuleti are very beautiful and soothing. The lighting in the cabin is all warm yellow lighting which really helps you to relax. We will return again.

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

we stayed with families, everyone is happy, the house is in a quiet area, right in front of the house there is a clean beach where there are very few people. The hosts are good responsive people, the only thing to consider is that the house is 2-3 km from the " city " and the yandx taxi is almost not working there ( maybe there are other services I don't know)

Stay is awesome. Very private place to enjoy the home away. Had all the amenities which needed. Very helpful and friendly people. Invited me for the coffee and very welcoming family. Helped out for everything whatever i needed. Had very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Mariam was an excellent host—responsive, polite, and very attentive. Before our arrival, she informed us about a small issue with the house and offered alternatives: staying at another property she owns or canceling the booking. We chose to stay in the original house, fully aware of the issue, which wasn’t a big deal and could be easily fixed—it just couldn’t be resolved before our stay. If you’re concerned, don’t worry; it’s unlikely to affect future guests. The house was clean, including the bed linens, kitchen, bathroom, and all living spaces. Mariam sent detailed video instructions for check-in, making the process smooth and easy. The property is quiet, with few cars passing by, and the outdoor area is lovely, especially in good weather. There’s a small shop nearby, just a few minutes’ walk across the railway tracks, and the beach is about 5-10 minutes away. Thank you, Mariam, for being so kind and attentive! ❤️
