Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chiyoda City

I spent the holidays with my family of 7.It was exactly as pictured in a large and nice Western-style building.The dining table at the round table was large enough to line up a lot of dishes.There were also large pots and pans.The host was very kind to respond quickly to questions in advance and trouble on the day. Disneyland is also within walking distance of one station and the station, which is very convenient, and I am grateful for a memorable New Year's Eve.

We stayed five nights here and enjoyed the space, convenience and the very comfortable beds. Recommended.

We've stayed at some great Airbnb's in Japan and this one by far has been the best one. 5 stars across the board. We've also never stayed at a place that had or offered practically everything that we needed, whether it be transportation or something to use in the house. The host Yoshi was also very kind and responsive.

Emi’s place is exactly how it was described. She is very responsive and always quick to provide suggestions if required. Great unit for family with young kids, lots of toys and the stroller is a savior whilst traveling in Tokyo. Location is amazing, only 3 mins walk to the train station, 2 train stops to Shinjuku. There are ample of restaurants around minus the crowd/tourists. Would definitely stay again if we were headed to Tokyo again.

Our family really liked the location of the pencil house. It's almost right next to the Shinjuku station, with a quick and pleasant walk, you'll be at the center of activities. If you walk in the other direction for a few minutes, you can get into small alleys with lots of local restaurants. The pencil house itself is cozy, very unique, and everything functions quite well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Yume and Jeni were wonderful hosts, and we greatly enjoyed our stay in their home. The home was very cozy, and easily accessible by two subway stops - it was a breeze getting around Tokyo, being a short subway ride from major tourist attractions, while being able to recover every evening in a quiet, comfortable neighbourhood. Many of the restaurants and izakaya in the neighbourhood were super friendly, and familiar with tourists. The early morning walks along the nearby river is a wonderful highlight, and was so rejuvenating. Yume and Jeni gave very clear instructions and helpful guidance leading up to our check in, and were also super supportive throughout our stay. Their place is a fantastic choice for any traveller who is looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Tokyo, with lovely hosts. We look forward to staying with Jeni and Yume again the next time we are back in Tokyo!

June was a great host. We were able to leave bags slightly ahead of time which was really helpful and June helped us settle in with local restaurant recommendations considering it was the new year and places may be closed. The apartment felt like a calm oasis in a busy city. It is a little out of town but once we oriented ourselves it is very well positioned. There was ample space for our family of two adults and two teens and the addition of the washing machine was great for the extended stay. The linen and apartment was perfectly fresh and clean, beds comfortable and a good sized TV plus good dining table made our stay very comfortable. Water pressure was great in the shower. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay for our trip to Tokyo for a family.

It was really a wonderful time staying in the apartment. The room is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location is in the heart of Shibuya where you can find everything you need for the trip.

place is close to the station to travel to and from the surrounding area is very easy and efficient. place was clean and would stay again during a future trip!

We are a family of four including 2 kids and stayed for about one week here in peak winter - the new year holidays in Japan. Property is clean, with rays of morning sun, bathing you through the windows. Kids loved the Alexa in house! The location is very close to subway station and made hopping to bustling shinjuku,Tokyo stn and Yamanote line very easy and comfortable. The convenience stores are at a minute s walk away and a 24 hour open small supermarket is also very close. The place is good for two adults , however two kids could be accommodated easily. The host is very helpful and can communicate well in English. He cared and arranged any thing that we required. When we landed at Haneda Airport, he even arranged a pick up for us , which brought us to the property hassle free, and with a beautiful route through Tokyo skyline. The lift is small but luggage could be transported easily. We enjoyed cooking at the house on 1 Jan when everything was closed. Loved the stay!

Lost my keys Didi was so helpful and responsive

It was a simple room, but with the necessary amenities we needed, such as a washer. The toilet area was a little small. We were able to adjust to the space. We saw bikes but did not get a response back if we could use it. Bikes are needed in the area to get further into the city. We walked a lot. The location was very close to the Yõga train station, market, and restaurants.

The Calm House was perfect for our stay in Tokyo. It comfortably fit two adults and two teenagers and had all the amenities we needed (incl. washing machine). The Calm House is walking distance to the train station making getting around Tokyo very easy. There were nice restaurants close by as well as a range of convenience stores. Would highly recommend!

Sho was very friendly and even helped to arrange for transport on our last day to the airport! Communication was great and the room was cozy!

EXCELLENT property and location to stay in Tokyo! Spacious, super CLEAN, very well-decorated and welcoming apartment, very conveniently located in a residential area of the city. Mere minutes walk from a vast amount of restaurants. (see Toshi's recommendations in the Host's guidebook provided through his listing page) Spotless bathroom with a large SOAKING TUB, perfect after a day of venturing out in the city. The bath space has a clothes drying feature where you can turn on the fan and hang laundry to dry. (washing machine up on rooftop or a 24hr coin laundry within walking distance) There is ample closet space, linens and ear plugs. You will hear typical quiet residential noises as the day begins in the AM, and the train runs nearby but the noise was not bad at all. You'll need to go up a few sets of narrow STAIRS in order to get to and from the room. We cooked, gathered with family & friends and simply relaxed. My family felt right at home away from home. Great location with easy access to the train. Lots of restaurants and shops to make your stay easy. Very spacious apartment with very attentive host who makes sure you are well taken care of (even with some tasty beverages awaiting you in the fridge!) would definitely stay here again.

Andy was such an awesome host. Place was clean and quiet. Place is near restaurants and convenience stores. Around 12-minute walk to Kabukicho and Golden Gai. Just 3-minute walk Higashi-Shinjuku Station.

We loved staying at Jacob & Natsuka’s apartment!! Everything is exactly as described in the listing and the apartment itself is very homely and feels like a relaxing, calm space. The location is amazing surrounded by restaurants, cafes and thrift shops. Also very close to a train station. Jacob & Natsuka sent really great detailed instructions for arrival and our stay which was super handy :) thanks so much and we hope to stay again when we visit Japan!

Hank’s place is worth the stay if you are in Shibuya. It is far away from the noise but close enough to the scramble. It is a 13 min distance from the crossing to the AirBNB. There is a Blue Bottle coffee shop around the corner where I had breakfast every morning. Pleasant staff and good service! The pocket wifi worked great and was an added bonus to the rental as I did not need to purchase it. Elevators were quick and accessing the apartment was not hard at all, really good instructions. Comfy bed. Spare sofa bed if you have others. Two people is not an issue but any more than that, it could be tight. I would only recommend to move the TV off the wall it is currently at and move it to the wall at the end of the bed, that way you don’t have to lay on your side to watch it. I did not watch much TV, maybe 30-45min to catch up on anything state side, but would be a nice change. Overall, well worth it stay and would stay again if in Shibuya.

Great location just outside the busy parts of the city but still close enough to the train station to go where you'd like. We like exploring so we walked all through Shiba park, then to the Tokyo Tower and ended up in Azadubai Hills for shopping and dinner. Great spot to return to recover from jet lag.
