We had a very nice stay! Everything was clean, tidy, and well taken care of. The location is ideal, close to the beach and supermarkets. Beatriz was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable.

Very nice apartment, clean and located very close to the beautiful beach La barossa. We were out of season, so some places were closed * all well detailed in the listing, so not surprisingly* Very good communication and nice attention to my baby! they gave me a crib as well as a bathtub! It was very appreciated. Make sure you have wifi or communicate with hosts about the location before the check-in day! Loved our welcome! thanks

We had drawn attention to the good reviews of Alejandra's kindness and they are totally true. The best part of the house: the pool is always clean and the front garden is very careful. The quiet area, very good for rest both day and night. The car has to take it for everything (there is only one small trend in the development). And it surprises the number of things the house offers: various kitchenware, many cleaning supplies, also personal hygiene (soap, gels, shampoo, mask…), food (salt, spices, infusions, oil, vinegar, various types of coffees, etc.), and various board games to play as a family!. We went every day to different beaches nearby (10-15min) and no problem parking. A very nice experience!

We stayed for a week my partner our French bulldog and I Juan was very attentive,he recommended places to visit ,coves and restaurants The house was super clean and if in photos it is nice in person it is incredible,you feel at home Our dog has enjoyed the garden throughout the week as the temperature is very good to be there. It is located in a very quiet area perfect for disconnecting We'll be back next year!!

Close to the city center and the beach (5-10 min on foot). Full kitchen (no dish washer). Two bed rooms. Very nice apartment, very good communication. Washing machine in the kitchen. I would definitely book this place again, the host was very friendly.

The location of this apartment in the middle of the beautiful old town was perfect! Everything was close - beach, park, supermarket, mercado, restaurants but yet the area was very quiet. The apartment was just like in the pictures - there was all we needed. Javier was thoughtful host, arranged us extra tables for working, always replied promptly, called us a taxi early in the morning etc. We really enjoyed our one month stay in Cadiz!

This is a fantastic small complex of apartments (just 8 of them) in a great location, being near Parque de la Atalaya and the wonderful beach of La Fontanilla. The pool is a decent size, and it never felt crowded around it. There was a good mix of both private space, and shared space around the pool. We will definitely be back!

Lovely location. We were visiting family and this was just across the road from them. Location is lovely to walk to the beach. Plenty to eat and drink nearby.

Location was fantastic….walkable to everything yet tucked Into a quiet easy to get to neighborhood. Per was super quick in responding to the few inquiries we had before and during our visit . Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The shared rooftop terrace had amazing views . We would not hesitate to rebook. Thanks Per

The location of the apartment is great. In the center of Sanlúcar, with a multitude of bars and restaurants in the nearby square. Very good soundproofing. Perfect cleanliness. All new. Highly recommend.

The stay was great. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, located in an urbanization with a pool, landscaped areas and views of the golf course. The apartment has a garage square and a great terrace for breakfast and lunch, with a chill corner to read. The beach is about 10 mins walking. It is a very quiet, noiseless area, ideal for resting and taking walks. There is a supermarket area and bars within a 20 minute walk. Pepi welcomed us on the day of arrival very attentive and showed us the apartment. Everything very clean and clean.

Very complete accommodation, great terrace and air conditioning , although not much lacking, was a plus. Very comfortable beds. It is just as described in the listing. Access to quiet, family friendly beach.

The apartment is great. Super comfortable beds, full kitchen, well airtight windows, I have no complaint of anything.

I’ve never been in such a quiet house and area in Spain ( ok… there is always that one annoying toy dog around which thinks he is the boss of the street) since the 2 bedrooms are facing the back not to bothering… aside of that-perfect! It might help that the apartment is the only one on the top third floor. Well equipped and you can tell someone really had some thoughts by planing and furnishing the flat. I’m always very nit-picked about that- so I can say: 10/10

It's a great apartment on the 1st floor and an amazing terrace . Neither in the apartment nor on the terrace was anything to complain about!!
