A lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice location, with a busy shopping street around the corner, and views of the Grand Canal within minutes. The apartment is in a quiet back street, but the main street is pretty busy. It can be hard to find a reasonably -priced restaurant in Venice, but there are some good options nearby, and also within 20 minutes walk in Dorsoduro, our favourite place to explore along with the Ghetto.

My stay at Piero-Andrea’s place was simply wonderful! The apartment was even better than the photos: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent — close to major attractions yet in a quiet area. The host was very welcoming and always responded quickly to any questions, which made my stay even more comfortable. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

we had a wonderful stay at this centrally located Airbnb. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One of the highlights was the beautiful roof terrace, offering a perfect spot to unwind with views over the city—especially lovely at sunset! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the heart of Venice

We were greeted personally. Paolo always responded to messages. He turned the heating up immediately when I said I was cold-I feel the cold easily & he increased it to 21.5. We could leave our luggage in a lock up for our evening flight. This place is a gem. Fantastic position. Lovely bedrooms & all the amenities you need. Paolo is an excellent host. Will definitely return

Anna's place was great! Elena met us at a nearby ferry stop and walked us through the narrow streets while giving us advice and recommendations. She took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked—this was all so nice and helpful! The apartment was quiet, but there were many great places to eat, and only 10 minutes to the main attractions! The Wifi worked well, the washing machine was perfect, and we have zero complaints about our stay! Thank you, Anna and Elena!

Evverything was perfect! But there is a small detail that confused me a bit when I was choosing this apartment: I thought that there is one bedrom above another one because of how photos were made, but in fact they sit next to each other and are divided by the 1st bathroom. But it is a minor issue and it hadn't influenced on the overall quality and pleasure of stay at all.

We had a fabulous stay for 4 adults at Orange in Venice. Check-in was very easy even though multiple people in our group were arriving at different times. We were also provided amazing local recommendations. The flat was a peaceful slice of Venice -- in the center of all the action but tucked away enough that it was still quiet inside. We also loved the TWO terraces with a canal view. Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

An amazing location right in the middle of it all with easy walking to everything you need. We were a family of six and found local restaurants nearby with good value meals etc. also walking distance to everything you need to see in n beautiful Venice. A local small supermarket only 4mins away so you can easily cook in or out. If I had one issue be prepared for street noise at night and the early morning. Otherwise this is a perfect location to visit the lazing location that is Venice. The apartment is perfect, homily and your host and caretaker are very welcoming and there if you need them. We will certainly return to this location without hesitation we give it five stars overall ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇮🇹🇮🇪

Cannot rate Fabio and his apartment highly enough. At first I thought it was a bit far from Venice centre but the bus stop is right outside and it only takes 25 mins to get to the centre. The apartment itself is spotless and the bed is by far the comfiest I've stayed in whilst travelling around Italy!! Fabio was the most amazing host. He let me drop off my bag before check-in and get changed after a very rainy trip and even brought an umbrella along for me to use. I got lost in the Venice maze late at night and messaged him for help and he told me exactly where to go to get back to the bus station. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Venice :)

If your in Venice def a place to stay, close to all the things and the water taxis. Anis was super great and friendly from walking us to the apartment and making sure we knew of all the things to do and places to eat. Def will stay here again when we return!

This was such an amazing stay! Came with my fiance and parents and this location was perfect. The decor and layout of the place was modern and beautiful. They had more than enough kitchen amenities + appliances for those who like cooking. Rudi was super helpful being proactive about giving directions and instructions prior to our stay. He met us at the dock and showed us how to get to the Airbnb, great recommendations and tips, and overall friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Lisa’s place is a true gem, only metres from a canal pier to be dropped off or picked up by water taxi, a supermarket very close by, and great restaurants within a short walking distance. The home itself was so comfortable and homely and the 5 of us had plenty of space to relax. The home had everything for a short or long stay. Finally Lisa was so helpful before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Lisa 😀

Fantastic stay with great space and comfortable bed. Truly appreciated holding our luggage after check out and arranging private taxi upon arrival and departure to airport. Highly recommended!

Alex's place was a great place to stay. Very good location for us, as we were visiting the Biennale. It was quiet, and there were good restaurants and bars very near bye. Alex was very easy to contact, and replied promptly. The place was as described, but a little smaller than expected. It was very clean, and the heating was very good, as the weather was cold. The facilities were great, and all you needed. We really enjoyed our stay at Alex's place and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Venice. Everything was as expected. The apartment is quite large (especially the bathroom) and everything is reachable by foot. Also, some nice bars and restaurants are located near the apartment.

If all the hosts would prepare such a useful travel guide as they did, Tripadviser would go out of business :) This was probably my best host’s experience. You can see the team is really professional and passionate about making stay of their guests as great as possible. The apartment is super big, cozy, has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay at Erika’s place. Her apartment is beautiful very spacious and clean! We had everything we needed during our stay in Venice. We were able to find free parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. The apartment is located close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Venice historical centre is just a short drive away either by bus or car. Erika was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants. The food was all excellent! We arrived in the late evening after our long drive and Carmen was very pleasant and helpful when she met us for check in. We would stay at Erika’s place again if we visit Venice.

We loved our 2 short nights! Felt right at home in the flat. Lara was so friendly and helpful. The flat is beautiful with all the amenities of home. So close and convenient to Venice and local restaurants. If we are ever back in Venice we would be back in a heartbeat!
