Everything was perfect, the owners took care of us when putting the fireplace and went down each time to see if it was on or to fix it, anything from the house we needed to bring it to us, they were very good, kind, polite people and cared about us.

Fantastic place, fantastic hosts. Location is perfect, wonderful views and just a few minutes walk from the super Morzine gondola. We spent time mountain biking with 2 children and there was space to store our bikes securely. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we hope to be back next year.

Great place to stay as a home base while running UTMB. Really nice apartment with plenty of amenities tucked in the hills of St Gervais, but still walkable to the town center. Really beautiful area and perfect for what we needed. Darren was great and quick/easy to communicate with.

Well-located studio, between city center and ski lifts! Catherine was able to provide us with information when needed! Everything was as described! Nb: Vacuum cleaner is not super efficient 😂

We had a great weekend with the family in this beautiful apartment, very functional and very clean. Hosts are discreet, very responsive to communication and accommodating on arrival time. Thanks to them for their welcome. Very well placed to visit the large Christmas park and the Hamlet of Santa Claus.

Gorgeous place, perfect location, I wanted to move in! Truly one of the best of many Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Geneva. Elizaveta was very accommodating of a last-minute booking and had cleared out tons of space in her closets for guests. The apartment had everything you need and there’s a very good grocery store practically outside the front door. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Marie's place was such a beautiful property, with incredible views all around! We really appreciated all the details about the house that really showcased the love they put into building the place and the standard of hosting they reach for. There was a beautiful welcome gift, the place was cozy and welcoming, and it was absolutely fantastic to be able to schedule a massage with Marie right on site! Definitely worth it! Everyone had space, and the place was silent! No creaky floors or stairs, so we could move around without disturbing one another. A real gem, definitely recommend for a stay with a host who truly enjoys welcoming people to stay, and knows how to make you feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Maud's place for Christmas Eve (2 adults and 2 children). We couldn't have arrived better than December 23rd in the snow. The accommodation is perfect, equipped at will, modern but with its editing charm, really clean nickel👌. Jaccuzi in function which is really a plus it was at the top. Semnoz station nearby, Annecy very close and shops restaurants really not far. Check-in is self-contained with very specific instructions, we exchanged several times and Maud's response is always very quick🤗. Thank you very much. I recommend 10,000% this place with a view of the snowy mountain it was beautiful. Thank you Maud

Michel very welcoming and smiling. He made us feel at ease directly, a small staging related to the impeccable accommodation. Bone discussion , he explained to us very well the anointing of the accommodation. And it's mostly available as needed. We would recommend this listing without a second thought and will surely return.

Apartment ideally located in the heart of the old town of Annecy. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and the lake. Paid parking nearby (5 min walk) A little extra with the "hot tub".

good well equipped accommodation very clean on the other hand small downside very narrow staircase to go up to the bedrooms for a large person very quiet near Annecy
