The place was very beautiful, we really liked it, even our pet I enjoy the lawn and nature. The only thing I would recommend would be a dishwasher for the dishes and it would be a more than perfect place

This place is pretty nice and tidy with a great view. The parking area is spacious. You will get a key to open the door wirelessly. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. The elevator was still under construction during our trip, so we had to exercise a bit. The kitchen had everything required and has a nice view of the Tunguragua. The master bedroom was pretty big with a large bathroom. Francisco was very helpful and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed staying at Francisco's place. This is the best Airbnb we visited in Riobamba.

We really enjoyed staying at Monica’s place! The house was very cute, well equipped and pretty spacious! Communication with Monica was good, we met at the church in Lican and drove together to the house. House itself is secure with its surrounding walls and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet as well - the street nearby is a bit noisy at night, but that wasn’t a big deal for us :) All in all we can really recommend Monica’s house - it gives you a great feeling how it’s like to live in a tiny house in Ecuador!

An excellent place to spend a moment with family and friends, with the total privacy offered by the property. Also, what we loved the most was the Jacuzzi that was counted for use inside the property.
