We went for the graduation of my partner who was Chillán, we were only at night and left early, the perfect place for our needs.

The stay was accorded What was going on in the publication, I felt at home very welcoming and the neighborhood was very quiet .

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and lots of peace. It has everything you need for a large group of people. It's very cozy and clean. Natalia thought of every detail and was there for us at all times. Thank you so much for everything!! We'll definitely be back!

We visited Chillan for work and we loved the house, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Ana, she was an excellent host, we had to go out super early to go to another region to continue our work and Ana made the key handover a lot. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay, the house is nicer and nicer than what you can already see in the photos posted. We spent two days as a family, enjoying the tranquility of the place and a delicious pool. The house was impeccable, it has an excellent distribution, enough bathrooms for the number of people you can accommodate. We loved the floral garden next to the pool and flowers on the terrace, which reflect that it is a well maintained and lovingly decorated place. We will definitely be back.

Great place to relax and enjoy the activities around. The apartment is very comfortable and with an excellent view. We really enjoyed it being 2 people. Check in and out was flexible and Agustín was very kind to let us out later than the depa. We will definitely be back.

Perfect staying! The view is breathtaking!

Clean, organized, and good location.

The building is very well located, although the area is not seen as safe when it gets dark, there were no inconveniences. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and with a large terrace, but it is lacking to enable it more. But outside of that, the apartment meets to stay and get to know chillán.

The Depto is very well equipped, we had stayed in others but this is more sunny and spacious. The Depto has space, with nothing that can be broken, very useful for young children. Matías gave us all the facilities for extra requirements.

Everything was very clean and tidy, excellent place and very comfortable, with a very nice view. Also Paola is very attentive, she answers any questions very quickly.

Luis a 7 all the time, visit this place with an 11 month old baby and I care about having the apartment well heated. The space is accurate and functional, has everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. We ski and Plaza TATA is 200 meters walking and there is also transport from the condominium to the ski center and the very, very friendly concierge. Every morning seeing the visit to the snow forest and starry nights was a gift from the living room. We were very happy with the stay, we will definitely return.

Great place to stay. Flew in from the US to go snowboarding at Nevados de Chillán. There was a shuttle that took us to and from the mountain. The ski lifts were a short 5 minute walk from the apartments even without the shuttle. Host was great and was easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

We had already stayed with antrriority in this Apart Hotel, and clearly we will return, we usually stay one night on our holidays to the south, very well equipped, we who are a family of 4, we are very comfortable.

The place was just like the description. I comfortable and felt at home for privacy. It has a bit of everything, I was able to cook without a problem. Alejandro at all times was super friendly. He helped me with a theme from my cell loader. Very attentive. I recommend staying with him. Secure, easily accessible and close to downtown places.
