They should be careful with the mosquitoes and ants apart from that all excellent!!!! Sebastian the best receptionist!!!

This is our second stay at the house, on our way back to Santiago. Great house and great host. Very well equipped, including air conditioning, which is a big plus during summer days in Chillan. Location is a it far from main Chillan attractions but, it is actually a plus as it ensures privacy and a quiet environment. Very nice surrounding semi rural scenery. We loved the house and are very grateful to the host. We defiantly will be back. Highly recommend.

Spotless place! Everything is well organized to welcome us. Jenny was always very attentive.

Luis a 7 all the time, visit this place with an 11 month old baby and I care about having the apartment well heated. The space is accurate and functional, has everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. We ski and Plaza TATA is 200 meters walking and there is also transport from the condominium to the ski center and the very, very friendly concierge. Every morning seeing the visit to the snow forest and starry nights was a gift from the living room. We were very happy with the stay, we will definitely return.

The apartment we loved it, everything organized and tidy, everything clean, with all the basic tools one needs, nothing was missing. That it has wonderful air conditioning. We went back to Santiago for one night but it was just what we needed. It's safe to go with children, as the terrace has a safety net. The best thing would be the mattress topper they have on the double bed as it sounds a lot when you move and it causes quite hot because it is plastic. Leaving that aside, everything was perfect and very clear. The WiFi directions and others on the super table. The dpto is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, if you are not going by car it will not be any problem. Communication with Enrique super good and friendly. We will be back sun doubt on our next vacation in the south.

Tomás's apartment was beautiful. He took care of us and accommodated us the same day when we had to go to a last minute funeral in Chillán. Super friendly and responsive I answer questions and gave clear instructions. It would be worth mentioning that it has a pool in the building but it makes the place even more bonus.

Very comfortable apartment, everything is very clean and cozy. Communication was very fluid and friendly, attentive to inquiries and/or needs. Fully recommended, we will be back for sure.

Great place to stay. Flew in from the US to go snowboarding at Nevados de Chillán. There was a shuttle that took us to and from the mountain. The ski lifts were a short 5 minute walk from the apartments even without the shuttle. Host was great and was easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.
