An excellent choice in Punta Hermosa. The house is in front of the beach, delivery and taxis arrive. It has everything you need: beach, pool, deck (terrace) with grill, furniture for several people, neighbors don't have a problem if you play music. We couldn't have asked for more, thanks Mauricio!

Beautiful house, it's everything as described and with easy access to the beach.

The super quiet stay was for a family New Year's plan, the layout of the place is a 10, even more so if you go with small children as was my case, since we had children who could play and feel safe in the green area and also in the house, there is also a door inside the house to go up to the second floor, very well thought out for going with small children, we enjoyed the pool, gracious, they answered all the questions, highly recommended the place and the hosts

The house is clean and large, much nicer than the photos. The location is excellent if you are with small children. We were a group of 13 people including a baby and 3 children and we had a great time. They provided us with umbrellas, tips and all the amenities. Hosts Guido and Natalie are always attentive to any questions. We hope to return. I recommend it!

The house has a privileged view, we went as a family to spend a weekend away from the city and it was really worth it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have many entertainment options, just as shown in the photos. We hope to be back soon!

Its location is really good, really close to the beach. I stayed with Maria Rafaela for more than a month and it was a joy. The apartment is small but has everything. The view is magnificient and the bed is very comfortable. I didn't need to contact Maria Rafaela on many things during my stay, but after my checkout – that I had to do in a hurry – she was very good to me. Highly recommend.

Lots of communication days in advance, security personnel at the gate always attentive and willing to help, even in the early hours of the morning. Everything was tidy and clean, a very nice place. Cons: there is no convenience store, business or restaurant nearby, especially at night or on Sundays. I recommend bringing everything you need. I loved the rest of the place, we are very happy
