This apartment has an excellent location. Downstairs are about 6 restaurants, 1 block away a small market and 1.5 blocks the metro. The balcony is awesome! Great host. 5 stars!

Bonito departamento studio. We were well accommodated my lady and my little daughter. In the apartment there was not much noise which helped to get a good rest. Street noise is a bit unavoidable because it is very close to Irarrazaval, but it didn't bother much. Air conditioning was so helpful! Since the apartment is west orientation. We appreciate the kindness of the host and her good communication, it gave us peace of mind.

Excellent apartment, very tidy, clean and with all the basic things that are required. The environment is also quiet, safe and with a lot of commerce around.

It served me a lot to be close to Parque Arauco and Open Kennedy shopping centers. I recommend it for going with friends or family.

The house is spectacular, the air conditioning in common areas and parts is appreciated a lot, it is very well equipped, the entrance is somewhat narrow but you can park without problem. The location is the best , close to the mall, warehouses, access routes to 5 south and 2 blocks from Irarrazaval that facilitates connectivity.

The house met all our expectations, it is second time that we stayed, and we will definitely come back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and green areas very well cared for.

We had a lovely stay at Nelly's place. Comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom, very nice amenities. Good to know that there are lots of stairs and steps - for us, it was great to keep us moving! The neighbourhood is family-oriented and quiet. Short walk to cafes and restaurants. We would return if back to Chile in the future.

Super comfortable apartment for lounging in between sightseeing, at a great price, with a well-stocked kitchen in a safe neighbourhood. Sebastián was extremely helpful before the booking, leading up to our trip, and during our stay, going the extra mile with recommendations and helping me operate the appliances. The apartment is on a high floor in a concierge building, walkable to the presidential palace and a short drive from any attractions in Santiago. Highly recommend!
