I took my parents along, and this stay was absolutely perfect for us. The house truly felt like a home, with beautifully designed interiors and everything we could possibly need already provided. We especially loved having breakfast on the stunning patio, surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees, and vibrant plants—such a serene way to start the day. The location is in a very safe neighborhood. Our host was exceptional, always available, responsive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was smooth. He even checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This property and its service exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-maintained place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

We had a great stay at Wilroys place. The house is well maintained and hygienic. Felt like home. All aminities were there in kitchen with basic utensils and 3 rooms with a/c and a beautiful view to the river feom balcony. A good residential area. This place is a perfect stay for 2 people, it's functional and Aniket and Amit were very responsive as well. It's nearby to all the good restaurants and equal distance towards norther part of goa like Anjuna, Vagator and the central goa which is Panjim. highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience at Jay's place and it did feel like home. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He did stuck small notes around the house and even made a list of all places, resturants and everything you required. There were Wi-Fi issues and power cuts but I think that's a problem everywhere in Goa. Overall, Jay was spot-on and amazing 👏💯 Thank you for the memorable stay ☺️

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

Our group stayed here and we all enjoyed our stay courtesy to the team who manages the place and served us. To our surprise it is nicer in reality than the images we saw while reserving it. Sweet location by the beach, nicely done up bedrooms and an expansive garden and pool made it one memorable experience and we would soon be back for more.

Very good, affordable place with friendly housekeeping

Pros - Awesome place, specially host Gavin was very helpful and soft spoken. He is like Jinny, you ask anything like cab, rented scooty and he will arrange in a min. Location is perfect very near to titos and market. Liqor shop is downstairs 🤤😂. Cons - very small maintenance issues which are avoidable but penthouse swimming pool is little small in size for 13 people and the big pool on ground floor is not for penthouse members. We didn't know and when we were using it then Somebody asked us to come out from the pool 🥹. But overall its a memorable trip and awesome experience. Thank you Gavin 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a great time at Caroline's place. It was so nice for her to call us a week before the trip to check for any other requirements. The house pretty much had everything. Very spacious seating area, balcony, kitchen etc. Great location. Highly recommend for group of families and friends. Caretaker Raj was very sweet and took care of almost everything.

Great Airbnb, well-placed rooms and washrooms, huge kitchen for a big group. Nice outdoor space and front patio. Kenneth was super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb as all the rooms had Airconditioning and good ventilation.

It was a wonderful experience at Umiya Serene.The house and the surroundings are quite and peaceful and easily accessible to most of the places. All the places like Panjim, Baga, Candolim, Calangute are all less than 20 mins away . You can enjoy the cafes around everything which a stone's throw away. Wonderful place for family as well as a group of friends. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Ram (The caretaker) can sort you out for anything and everything.. A very helpful contact. Shweta was very responsive. No complaints whatsoever, 100% will be my next choice for my next Goa Trip.

Allison’s place just made our vacation with our little one perfect! Her place got my toddler’s approval who is a vibe baby and that was what made the difference for us. For the place- Allison has her place beautifully decorated. Every corner speaks out to you and those tiniest of details make your heart go awww… She has thought about every little thing that a family would need just not on a vacation but when you are home - like extra set of batteries, tools in the bedroom drawers. detergent, facewash in the bathroom. Her kitchenette literally had everything- not just the basics. All utensils, tea, coffee, sugar, basic spices, cooking oil…like everything. And, even then, she kindly added a couple of new utensils that I had enquired about. The board games kept my lo engaged while we were home. And yes, sweet messages everywhere. As a host- Allison went way beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She is very sweet and hopefully we get a chance to meet next time.

Did a 2 night stay here! Property was same as in pics, very spacious. Everything thing that was needed was in perfect place and in a very good condition. To add Power backup ( ups) and a good WiFi. Bathrooms and linen were clean and in a good condition Airtel mobile network does goes to a single bar. Overall a very good place, clear instructions. Will surely recommend this place and prefer staying here on next visit !!! Good job Midnight Mist hospitality!!!

This place is worth every penny you will pay,place is well maintained…host respects your privacy,easy to get to the place and most important its a safe place to be in,kudos to host for letting us make memories

I'm giving 5 stars because the host is great, but here is my honest opinion. The flat is nice and spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, this listing has the same problem as other places in Goa: the photos are from when the place was new. It no longer looks like that. Things are broken, the ceiling is moldy, the couch is almost unusable. And the building? Disgusting! It smells like sewage everywhere, there is a thick layer of dirt on surfaces, broken tiles on the floor, holes, etc. We had to carry our toddler around the building to avoid falling or hurting. The swimming pool? Dirty! Maybe not too dirty for Indians since there were many people using it, but for foreigners, this was the dirtiest pool I've ever seen. The pump system didn't seem to be working so there was a layer of muck at the bottom... In short, if you just want a budget accommodation to sleep and cook (good kitchen), this place is great. But if you care about cleanliness and detail, this place is not for you.

Ritu’s place is exactly as shown in the photos and we had a wonderful stay. Ritu was extremely helpful from check-in to helping us coordinate with housekeeping. The society itself is located very close to Benaulim beach. The beach is hardly a 2 minute walk from society’s back gate. You’ve multiple options on the beach for food or a drink. Everything from supermarket, medical store and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away from the property. The house has everything that you’d need - RO, Washing Machine, kitchen with basic utensils, gas connection, refrigerator and a sofa-bed. The balcony has a net to keep birds away and has ample place for you to sit and relax. Being near the beach, there are some mosquitoes and insects that make their way to the balcony, but they can’t enter the house unless the balcony door is left open. There is also a private terrace with a spectacular view in the morning! I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay!

I statyed at Tarunpreet's penthouse last month for 5 nights with my family which included my elderly parents and my infant daughter. The house is located at a very convenient location if you want to explore North Goa, Panaji is a 10 minute drive. The kitchen is well stocked, other amenities like washing machine and microwave make the stay comfortable. The place is very clean, aesthetically designed and spacious, with a beautiful and large terrace which adds to the charm. The housekeeping is very professional and attend to your needs proactively. There are a number of convenience stores nearby and home delivery is also available. There is dedicated parking available for the penthouse, I would recommend having a personal vehicle. Tarunpreet is a welcoming host who makes sure you feel at home, she is available at all times of the day on messaging apps or call. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxurious and warm stay in Goa.
