Vacation rentals with a patio in Chiavenna

We stayed a total of 5 nights at Jonathan's, the place was as pictured. The view was beautiful. Everything was clean and superbly equipped. The furnishings are of high quality and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool with sauna was a great change, our daughter enjoyed it very much. We were mostly alone in the pool. Using the sauna was not an issue either. We say thank you and can highly recommend Jonathan and his accommodation

Perfect for a weekend stay. About a 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Small shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Host was very communicative. Thank you.

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

We had an amazing stay, highly recommend especially if you are traveling in the off season. A small but very clean apartment and the views were incredible. You are located about 5 minutes uphill by car from the nearest town with several good food options. Our host was great, sent very detailed check in instructions and videos several days before our arrival and had the apartment stocked with all the basics and even some snacks/wine. A great option if you are in the Lake Como area!

We spent a quiet weekend with our dog, very clean and tidy apartment, equipped and equipped with every comfort, even a fenced garden for Kodi. Following Susan's directions, we found the path for the walk in the woods with a grand finale at the giant bench. Everything was perfect. Top: mattress.

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

This place was very beautiful. The place is much better than you would imagine from the pictures. You have the view of lake como from living room as well as both bedrooms. A perfect place for 4 persons. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The welcome Wine was quite thoughtful. The rear garden is quite beautiful. Loved the place. Georgia’s place is a very nice place. The studio has a very beautiful panorama and it was very clean. Georgia is very nice and responsive. She also gave us some recommendations regarding places to eat and they were great. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy place that has very beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

We had a great time at Lake Como. Communication with Enzo was super easy and the Air BnB looks like the pictures. We felt right at home. However, the place could have been a little cleaner. The lake is just a two-minute walk away and a bus stop is also not too far away.

Stunning panoramic view of Lake Como! Beautifully designed home with a clean modern interior and charming Italian vintage exterior. Tall ceilings really gave it a spacious relaxing feeling. Everything was new and super clean. Nik and Marila are the nicest hosts I have ever met on Airbnb. Nik greeted us personally and took the time to explain everything and even helped us with our luggage. This accommodation more then deserves its 5 star rating while the hosts were a 10 to us!

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.

Lovely 2 night stay. Exactly as described and extremely welcoming hosts. The apartment is set up with everything you need and is very comfortable. Two balconies with amazing views of the lake and mountains. There are 3 supermarkets within 3-4 minutes walk. It’s a 10 minute walk into the centre of Locarno. Would love to return.

The location and apartment were amazing—one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced. Cecile was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was ideal, close to town yet peaceful next to a beautiful park. We loved the well-furnished, creatively designed space with its beautiful artwork and furniture. The attention to detail and little touches made our trip extra comfortable. Highly recommend!
