Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chiasso

The apartment was great, clean. accessible and the location was great. the only thing notable sharing is that it wasn't a very good fit for a family of 5. Perhaps it was my mistake reading the listing, but i didn't realize one of our kids will need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which created quite a mess for us and we might have went elsewhere if we had realized that. great apartment but i think better fit for a smaller group.

Host always available, thorough, and very quick to respond. New place in a very central and quiet area. Furniture, appliances, and systems as just installed. Very comfortable sofa bed and bed and therefore restful: after a day in Milan you always need it. Distance from the metro 5 minutes by real walk. Do yourselves...

We had a short but great time in Milano, thanks partly to Giulia and Paolo and their apartment. It is small but clean, cozy, easy to find and to access. They are proactive and helpful. We recommend their apartment to singles or couples.

We had a great stay. The apartment really impressed us with its well-designed style, minimalism and real designer furniture / lamps / carpets (from brands like Artemide, Ege, etc). The laundry room was also easily accessible. If you need extra coffee capsules or bath towels, for example, you can find everything there. Would definitely book again.

Everything is great, very friendly and very likeable hostess. Highly recommended. Downtown and lake within walking distance very quickly. Fantastic city and surroundings.

Fantastic property in an ideal location. Very close to navigli for bars and restaurants. And only ten min walk to duomo or very quick tram from just around the corner

We stayed at this house for the 2nd time and were delighted again. The house lives from the location, its 2 terraces and the wonderful view of the lake. There was everything we needed. We really appreciated that basic ingredients for cooking were there and the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is nicely spacious and the bedrooms are well laid out which was wonderful for 2 couples. We can highly recommend and would rent it again at any time.

Wonderful Stay in Milan! We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond by providing us with plenty of great recommendations around the area when we asked. The apartment itself was cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony, offering a nice open space to relax and enjoy some fresh air. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's apartment in Iseo. The village is super nice, the apartment is large and there is everything you need. The terrace is great and neighbors are very friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

Great stay in comfortable accommodation so convenient.

Our group of six adults had one of the most amazing stays of our lives in this place. The hillside location made walking a challenge, but the view from rooms and outside terrace was incredible. Our last night, we had a hillside view of fireworks over the lake just as we were heading to bed! The place was as good as described, and being there was as wonderful as we'd hoped. Jennifer was great at communicating in the months and weeks before our arrival, offering helpful information. She connected us with a private boat tour that was one of the highlights of our stay. Her husband Nico greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome, giving us clear instructions and a tour of the house. He told us about a local supermarket where we could get supplies--then drove some of our party to and from the market, pointing out recommended restaurants and sites along the way! One of the best stays ever; can't recommend it highly enough.

A very nice house, sunny. A very large and very functional living room. A view of the splendid lake that is deserved as the road to get there is winding. A very large garage, very convenient. It would just need blackout curtains in the room where there is not. Otherwise we really enjoyed this week in Corrido.

This place was immaculate inside and out. We especially loved the large balcony overlooking the lake. Very spacious and we highly recommend this place!! We will definitely be back!

We were completely happy with the place in Gavirate. As a family we had plenty of space, direct access to the garden and the apartment has everything you need incl. Entertainment material for the kids. The location is quiet and perfect for us as a base for excursions in the area around Varese. We did not meet Matteo on site, but communication with him was straightforward and helpful.

This is THE place to stay if you want a nice and relaxing time in the Lake Como area. The condo is uphill of Perledo and Varenna, which means you have options for groceries and dining without going all the way down the hill. The drive up the hill is a little daunting the first couple of times, but don’t do what I did and get a too-big SUV and I’m sure it will be much easier for you. Either way, the stay is absolutely wonderful and Andrea is a gem of a host. He was reaponsive and helpful with every question we had. The condo itself looks just as good as the photos and the view is even better. This is the nicest B&B experience I have had and I would love to go back someday!

Stayed at Valerio's apartment 3 times already with my family, in total more than 20 days and looking forward to visit Milan again!

In the middle of the neat Ascona, we felt very comfortable in this modern apartment. The apartment is perfect to discover Ascona and the surrounding valleys. We experienced the hosts as very pleasant and accommodating and look forward to next time!

This was the perfect airbnb if you want to stay in lake como but don’t want to stay where most of the tourists are. The train station that you can easily take to more touristy spots like Varenna (and take a ferry from there to Bellagio, Menaggio, etc.) is only a 5 min walk. The host was very clear on instructions on how to get there and even greeted us upon arrival showing us our room. The room also came with dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and much more. It was very clean and lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay :)

Smalltalk but very good appartment near the Center and Lake.

The host was always easily accessible and gave great instructions and guidance. He was helpful and wanted to help make our holiday a nice experience. Would highly recommend
