Vacation rentals with beach access in Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai Pool Villa is the best value for money. Super good location. Unlike other villas, far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets. The people in the villa area are very quiet and not noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. If you want to take a vacation, you can come. Go to Nimman Road in about 15 minutes. Ten minutes to Thapae Gate.Ten minutes to Central.The biggest mall. In a special center area.

Beautiful villa! Very spacious and perfect for what we needed. Host was really nice and responsive, and the lady helping was super helpful and attentive too. Will be staying again!

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic! We stayed for 1 month and we were very happen. The apartment is well equipped for a longer term stay. Bed was comfortable and the view of the mountain was lovely to wake up to. It’s also in a great location of being on a quiet street but near all that you want to reach. We received quickly support when we noticed some ants by the balcony door, Noey got us support right away to get it taken care of. The internet sometimes struggle with video calls in the early morning but other internet use we didn’t seem to have issue with. The hot water did run out quickly, which wasn’t bad when it’s hot out. But then other times of the day it was working fine and lasted. We didn’t bring this up with the host as we thought this was maybe due to a shared heating water source.

Daow (bob's ex wife) who was taking care of the Airbnb at the time I stayed with a friend of mine was the best host ever!!! I highly recommend to stay at this place, if you're after an authentic and quiet area where it's not too crowded with tourists. I stayed at the main big house whilst there were other little houses surrounding it with other tourists. They have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, own bathroom. I had already planned my activities prior to coming and advised Daow of this - who was very helpful getting into contact with her friends who offer this. She had connections with the Elephant sanctuary and ATV quad bikes. The rest of the other days we figured it ourselves, the area we stayed in also has a 7 eleven, massage place, cafe (heads up they only sell drinks there), Pizza restaurant and many banks surrounding it (convenient for cash withdrawals) nearby which made it more convenient for us. It's also safe to walk around :) Easy 11/10 for me : )
