Despite catching rain during my stay, this did not stop you from enjoying the house and its wonderful location. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff, and I only have compliments to describe. Only guests' observation, is that if they have young children, they need to be vigilant because the house is high up. I highly recommend the stay. You will enjoy wonderful days amid the nature of Teresópolis!

Our stay was great. The house is super sympathetic, modern and with all the necessary comfort. It is inside a gated condo, quiet and quiet. It has a great lawn. Air conditioning, internet, TVs - all working very well. At the same time that it is in a quiet place, it is a few minutes from the center of Itaipava, where there is a market, restaurants, etc. So we recommend super. Thank you!

We loved the stay we had! The house is very comfortable and well distributed, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms are air-conditioned suites. The condominium is very good, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the playground, swimming pools and sports courts, in addition to an incredible look. Super recommend!

The house of Fabiano is located at a very nice and quiet point of the Areal Dam. The access is by a dirt road where ordinary cars can traffic slowly. The atmosphere is cozy and with sunshine you can enjoy the pool.
