We extended our stay and relocated to this property from Bertrand's other place. This one is on two floors, which was great. It is furnished the same and to a very high standard. The property is really well equipped with everything you could need. It's fresh, modern and tastefully designed/decorated. You can easily get into Dijon within 10-15 mins walking, and the neighbourhood is safe, quiet and pleasant. The ability to park within the compound is a great bonus. Bertrand is a superb host. We had a small problem with the radiators, and within 20 mins he was there to fix it. He is very mindful of his guests and puts a lot of energy and attention into his accomodation. We will not hesitate to re-book here :)

Small stay for a christening at the party hall next door. Peaceful location, all close by. Nice place to stay and cocooning effect. Responsive and very friendly host.

We are looking for a gite for three people. Two. Bedrooms to paste very convenient with a living part with all the accessories, kitchen, living room and important, secure parking for several vehicles. I recommend this address

We had a great weekend at the fabulous house in Laeticia! The place was exactly what we expected. The kids played in the garden and upstairs with the toys available. The living rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is in a quiet and peaceful village. We recommend!

4th stay at this accommodation and it was excellent as always. Super clean with everything you could want for a very comfortable few days stay. The addition of a kettle was a bonus (especially for Brits!). You can walk into the countryside and along streams and lakes straight from the door, great for taking our little dog out exploring. A quiet relaxing couple of days before heading back to the UK. Thanks again to Stephane and Sylvie.

The property offers high quality services, very clean and tastefully decorated it was very convenient for the group of 10 people we were. Special mention for the kitchen which is excrement well equipped with all the necessary products to cook!

I highly recommend this apartment and think it might be the “best value” Air B&B in which I’ve ever stayed. The host met me at my desired time to show me in. The apartment itself is clean, bright, very well-kept and well-equipped (hair dryer, good coffee maker, etc.). The bed, pillows and linens were all quite comfortable. I liked being a close distance to the train station (so no taxi or Uber expense required), and I could also walk to everything in Dijon. I hope to book this apartment again if I return to Dijon!

Very pleased with our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing all kinds of dishes, linens and towels were available, the apartment was comfortable and very clean. Excellent location about 15min from the city center on foot, and the train station is accessible by tram.

At the bottom of a small peaceful courtyard, pretty place offered by Azedine. Extremely enough for two people, the equipment and materials present are of very good quality. Azedine's responsiveness to our questions shows a host who listens to her tenants. We'll be sure to appeal to him again. Lydia and Christophe.

Nice place near the city center with a parking place which makes life much easier. There is a lift which is good when you have suitcases as the flat is on 7th floor! The place has been done recently and is very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is small and rudimentary but enough for breakfast or a simple meal: you better choose some of the very good burgundies restaurants in town! I recommend this place.

The apartment was very quiet, even though it was right in the center of Dijon. Everything was within walking distance in just a few minutes. Perfect for exploring the city. In addition to the central location, the apartment itself was also great for retreating and relaxing. Everything was just perfect!
