This roomy Airbnb is a fantastic find in Richmond! The location couldn't be better, and having the owner's boutique inn next door adds an extra layer of security and service. The space is very generous for the price point, with all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay. While some of the decor is due for an update (which the owner mentioned is in the works), the fundamentals are solid - clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-situated. The host is exceptionally responsive and helpful, offering local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a spacious, well-priced home base in Richmond with a super attentive host, this is your place. Can't wait to see the upcoming renovations!

This was our second stay at Tyler’s place. It has great appliances in the kitchen and plenty of dishes and silverware. The new high end washer/dryer set was great for laundry. This apartment is in a wonderful location near so many things to do and places to eat. Tyler is a great communicator and easy to work with.

My husband and I had the best “Staycation” at Matt’s Place… We currently live in VA. Beach and wanted to see what Richmond was about. We were not disappointed especially with this stay at Matt’s place. Check-in was SUPER easy. He even provided us with pictures starting from the front door on the street, up the stairs, down the hall and to the front door which made things super easy to navigate as it is a building with multiple loft apartments. This location was right on the corner of the busy city streets but still provided peace and privacy. Everything was in walking distance from night life to restaurants. The location was just perfect. The loft was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was well equipped with towels, body washes, wine glasses, spices and even those cool copper cups which I’ve always been a fan of! Checkout was very easy and simple with minimal things to do before you leave. We will definitely be booking with Matt again! Thank you for the great experience

Everything went smoothly. The place is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped even if we didn't use it (short stay). We had a car and the parking spot right to the side of the apartment was very handy!

Kristin’s place was super convenient for all the fun things in the Fan. Highly recommend Bombolini around the corner. Walking distance to downtown and VCU spots. We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to bring our furry friends, and having the parking pass! As others mentioned the massage chair was a hit.

Josh ‘s house is very comfortable and spacious as described. The location worked well for us. Josh was very attentive and provided clear instructions and recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This "little" townhouse provided great bang for the buck. It was cozy but had plenty of space for our family to enjoy Christmas with one of my adult children and her family. The place is well provided (lots of towels, blankets, beds, etc.) and I slept like a baby (super comfortable bed!!) Very cute neighborhood, and highly responsive host. Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay at Carisa & Jim’s & appreciated the excellent communication. Their house was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed our morning runs around Byrd Park, which was just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Brian’s house was lovely; very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting outside around the fire pit, sipping on the Pinot Grigio that was left for us (it was a lovely touch, thanks Brian). The proximity to Carytown was fantastic, so convenient for exploring the area. We highly recommend this house.

Patrick’s place was just what we were looking for! My husbands only request for his birthday was a hot tub and Patrick’s house was perfect! Very clean and quiet area. Easy access to everything.

Kyle was a great host and the place was the perfect location for the Richmond Marathon! Less than a mile from the start and a block away for friends and family to watch the runners. Great location and can walk to so many restaurants and other things to do. Personal parking space was super convenient! Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were pristine. No issues with getting in touch with Kyle while reserving the place or once we got there- super responsive! Overall a great place to stay and Kyle is a wonderful host-would definitely stay there again.

Visiting the city to attend a symphony performance; this location couldn't have been better (literally across the street)! Condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, safe and well-equipped with everything we needed. This host goes above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay at JT & Katherine's apartment. It is a cute place and the Carytown location is excellent! I was able to walk to so many stores, restaurants, and coffee shops right around the corner. I would highly recommend this unit!

The place was clean and clutter free. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The coffee and cream in the refrigerator was great.

Jill was super responsive for a last minute reservation. Easy check in and very close to several restaurants. Loved the industrial feel

The location was excellent. There was plenty to explore just within walking distance of the AirBnb on Broad Street, and we were never much more than 10 minutes' drive from anywhere in the city that we wanted to go. Parking is paid, but it's not expensive. You can tell that the building is older, but the condo is nice and resembles the pictures. The washer/dryer and full kitchen was excellent to have. My only note is that check in is between 3 and 6 pm, so you may have to time your arrival. I enjoyed my stay here, and would stay again.

A great find! A bright clean space with everything you might need. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars in walking distance. We love the neighborhood. When we messaged the host with a question, she responded immediately. We look forward to coming back.
