What a fabulous stay! From the moment we got there Sadie and Amos made us feel at home. Both are extremely very nice and kind! They truly make you feel like family, are extremely responsive, and will make you feel cared for. Everyone should stay here! The place is so homey and very comfortable. Its incredibly clean, and they have supplied everything you could want during your stay. We stayed for a week, and we would love to come back again! We also loved playing with the pets.

My husband and I take a yearly trip to Lancaster for our anniversary. We were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing where we could unplug from everyday life. This was the perfect spot. The house was adorable, very clean and comfortable. I’m nearly 5 months pregnant and had the best night of sleep I’ve gotten since getting pregnant. Juana was extremely responsive and very helpful. I needed milk and it was too late to go anywhere so she brought some right over. She left some fresh sourdough cookies and various local goodies that I absolutely inhaled. We will be making this our regular spot when we are in the area. BONUS-the sweet orange barn cat who loved scratches and attention distracted me from missing my fur babies at home.

Craig and his family are fantastic hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful little apartment that was in serene and picturesque country yet close to amenities. It was a perfect stay! Very private and quiet - a sweet retreat. Being able to open windows and catch a breeze was wonderful for relaxing and sleeping. The bathroom is very modern and the shower was wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kathryn and her girls met us shortly after arrival . Also got to meet the dogs and cats. Very patient with us. Beautiful home and surroundings. Will definitely go back

Ruthy and her family were so accommodating and sweet! Our kids enjoyed playing with one of her grandchildren during our stay & seeing the farm animals. One of the best AirBNBs we’ve stayed at!

Instructions and the information booklet were spot-on and so helpful. The home is in a quiet area and only 10 minutes from where our daughter and her family live so it was super convenient for us. It was lovely driving into Downingtown each day watching spring awakening. We even saw a bald Eagle one morning near the creek as we drove! The house was immaculate and so comfortable! The fire was a delight to look at and provided extra heat when it was chilly. Veronica was a warm and welcoming host. This home will be a go-to on our regular trips to Downingtown - if it’s available! 🙂

Cassandra's Place is STILL absolutely wonderful. I stayed here once before and the reason it was only once is because she's ALWAYS booked when I'm looking to come back. But I was blessed with an opportunity to return and it was as amazing as the first time. She is an amazing host who is very responsive and take good care of my every need. She left me a note welcoming me back. Great touch. I wanted to go to WaWa to get some snacks and something to drink. She already took care of that. I felt at home. Home away from home. Off street parking is also a big plus. Long story short, I love it there. She deserves a great review, but the only downside is I'll probably never be able to stay there again. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Place was exactly as described. Kathryn was able to accommodate our booking on short notice and responded right away. Very nice clean rental, wonderful backyard and peaceful. Places for a quick eat were right up the street including a Walmart and King of Prussia was a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

It’s was a great stay! Saracen and Randy and very kind and friendly. Sarge loves food and friends. The chickens are fun, and the fresh eggs are delicious. The views through the window are very beautiful and calming-the sheep, and sunrise beyond the chicken coop. It’s sort of rustic old times and cozy here with lots of land for walking and a nice outing especially in the summer. Great place for children too.

We loved our One-month stay at the Tiny House. Although we had moved from a slightly larger apartment, this space felt SO MUCH BIGGER! Everything is well put together and the space is cozy. There is a surprising amount of storage space too! Our little dog loved the place too! The neighborhood felt very safe and it was easily walkable to the fun restaurants and bars of Little Italy. We wish we could stay here forever! Travis and Gabrielle are incredibly friendly (over text, we never met them in person). They usually respond within minutes! This place is awesome. we would def stay here again.

This is everything a vacation rental should be! My husband and I felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not only is Dina a wonderful host, everything about this rental is lovely. The location is excellent, with an abundance of shopping and entertainment options within minutes. The neighborhood is spacious, quiet, and private. And the home itself is beyond comfy, impeccably decorated, and well-supplied! We highly recommend this stay for anyone!

This was such a nice, peaceful, and relaxing stay. It was exactly what I was looking for. Gabrielle and Travis were very quick to respond to questions, very professional, and very friendly and warm. Their carriage house was comfortable and nicely furnished. The location is idyllic...mostly only the sounds of chirping birds. Very nice experience.
