Johnny’s condo is the perfect mountain getaway spot! Johnny was extremely communicative and very helpful throughout our entire stay. The condo was in great condition and looks even better in person! We’ve stayed at a few places in the Gatlinburg area and can confidently say this was one of our favorites. We’re already planning our next trip back.

Beautiful space and great location. There was so much to do, my family and I went specifically for Dollywood (right around the corner, we could see the rides and fireworks from the pool) but we could’ve stayed another week + to do all of the other local attractions! The spot was more beautiful than the pictures and I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home! Also, the washer and dryer in unit was great, we came home with only the laundry on our bodies! A mother’s dream, no laundry after vacation! Would absolutely stay again, thank you for allowing us into your space.

Great condo! Location is perfect. A little of the main hwy so you don’t hear so much road noise. Condo was described perfectly!

A perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg! Dani’s place is easy to access, has plenty of easy parking, and there’s a trolley stop right in the parking lot! The condo has everything you need for a great stay and it’s within easy walking distance of everything you want to see in Gatlinburg. The beds are super comfortable and the water pressure is amazing. The gas fireplace is a lovely feature. I would stay here again anytime.

This place is everything you need for a gate away, close proximity to everything and very private still, we love the size of the apartment our family of 5 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views! We will back next year!

It was a great stay. Walking distance to all the attractions but far enough away so it isn’t noisy. Bed was comfortable, tv in living room and bedroom with Netflix account already set up. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. I had an amazing stay and would definitely book again.

We loved that the condo is not immediately on the Parkway because you don't have the heavy traffic right outside. However, it is very convenient to a red-light which makes getting onto the Parkway very easy. It is very central to lots of Pigeon Forge activities. The condo was cozy and had a minimalist western esthetic. Minimal is great because of less clutter! We especially loved the gas fireplace and cozy sitting furniture. The patio gave a great view of the river. We appreciated the general instructions and information provided. We would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay for my birthday. Condo is close everything and walkable to quite a few places. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again Shelley.

The beds were comfortable. It was decorated very cute. Felt like you were at home. Will definitely be back.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place. It was difficult getting in since we were using the lock box on the wall and not the door. The bed for my daughter was not convenient but lucky she did not join us on this trip. Overall the stay was great, thank you

Kerri's place was a great place to stay on my friend's and my weekend adventure. The place was very easy to find and had all the amenities for a great stay. Check in was a breeze as the door had a keypad so we just let ourselves in. We loved that the water pressure was good in the unit and had both very hot and cold water. It is in a great location near all the action like the Titanic Museum, Comedy Barn and Frizzle Chicken :). We were sad Dollywood was closed for the season, but I highly recommend staying here if you want to be super close too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best parts to me was the comfortable beds and the extremely soft sheets. We slept like a baby. Lord willing, we will return to the Dean place in the future!

The view at Lori’s place is amazing. The location is about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and there is a grocery store 20 minutes away. The condo was supplied with plenty of towels and bed linens and the bed was very comfortable. There is a closet for clothes but you need to bring your own hangers. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies . Be sure to shop for things like salt and pepper and any other condiments you may want. We didn’t use the indoor pool but the sun deck was lovely.

Once in a Lifetime Chance to Enjoy, Soak In, and Sleep to the Little Pigeon River RIGHT UNDER AND IN FRONT OF YOU!!! This is a Super Rare Opportunity in the Great Smoky Mountains to have a River Churning right outside your dwelling. The stay was perfect, cozy, and had everything you’d need for a few days stay. I am super grateful for the family recharge in the most economical price on Air BnB for one of the most Unique, Magical, and Quaint places in Gatlinburg, TN. If you know Gatlinburg in 2025- Quaint is a rare, precious, and amazing Gem. Stay in walking distance of Parkway, yet away from the Traffic and Bustle. Listen to the River rushing over rocks on your Huge Porch, or through the windows on a most comfy mattress, or alas, snuggled in the den through a sliding glass door. An all inclusive vacation before you even leave your door. Also, do in the company of your fur-babies, 100% Pet Friendly. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay! Stephanie was a great host! We arrived earlier than what we thought we would, and she allowed us to check in early—& having a 1 year-old that was ready for a nap, it was MUCH more appreciated than she could’ve ever known! This unit was upstairs, and we have stayed in a downstairs unit with her in the past. We can’t wait to return and stay with her again. Everything was just as she said it would be. Clean and comfy! The PERFECT location to everything, while still being peaceful and private.

Home was perfect. Very clean and homey without being cluttered. Yet had many extras for what you might need. Beds were very comfortable and lots of fluffy towels. Host was very responsive and respectful when I had a few questions. Perfect location for my son’s wedding as close to the venue . Lots of room and peaceful setting. Will definitely stay again.

Paul was absolutely phenomenal from the start. He was super responsive, and communicated everything upfront. And that was only the start of our experience. I would highly recommend in the future.

This was a great stay in Cosby, TN. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful creek in the back. The balcony was perfect for morning coffees or unwinding after the day’s adventure. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

A comfortable and quiet special stay close to Gatlinburg and Smokies National Park. Well equipped, including area information. Wonderful screen porch with woodland views. Friendly and helpful hosts.
