Ideally located apartment, in the heart of downtown Bourbon, ideal for pedestrians. Beautiful bright apartment & great views of the castle. Ideal space for minimum 2 people, with the essentials in appliances. Add a measuring cup if you want to bake ;) the pie dish is already there. The bed is made on arrival & the towels are very soft. Phillipe is an available host, the exchanges are fluid & pleasant.

We had a great stay, at a place that matched what we saw on the listing. Dominique was able to be present according to our needs. I recommend.

Thanks to Magaly for her impeccable, clean and tastefully decorated rental. Apartment in the city center, you park the car and if walking doesn't scare you, you can move around quietly to discover Lamotte Beuvron. Magaly is also a pleasant and available host, we had very good exchanges. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought.

This place is perfect! Very spacious and well arranged, quiet, in very good condition, comfortable and ideally located in this beautiful city of character. Parking is nice. I recommend it 200%.

Very good stay overall, just a problem with the barbecue that was very quickly resolved thanks to the responsiveness of the host.

We had a very good weekend in the accommodation. It is modern with all the necessary amenities. The jacuzzi is a real plus (a little overlooked but we didn't mind). I highly recommend this listing!

The house proposed by Julien and Anna has the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. The presence of two shower rooms is a plus. Close to Sancerre, it makes it easy to shine in the area.

We had a pleasant stay at Claude's house, there were 11 of us and each person was able to find their place. Everything is there, the kitchen is very functional, the decoration is beautiful, the fireplace is a real charming asset! We'll be happy to come back if we have a chance. The Intermarché 1 minute drive away is also very appreciated. A big thank you, we had unforgettable moments in your home!

A perfect family reunion. The accommodation is true to the photos and description, it feels very good, like home. Everything is well thought out to make your stay as satisfying as possible. It really has everything, add to that the availability and kindness of the hosts and you've found your gem. The gloomy weather didn't matter as the accommodation is so nice!
