Vacation rentals with a patio in Chenango County

Robyn’s Nest was a delightful place. Everything was as described; access to the reservoir with kayaks, fire pit looking out to the sunset, there were lovely kitchen herbs, tomatoes, and peppers, which we picked and cooked with. The inside of the cottage was lovely. Comfy bed, enough kitchen utensils/pots/ spices/coffee/tea to make meals. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels, shampoo, and conditioner!!! I am very picky when it comes to choosing an airbb and this exceeded my expectations. You can tell that Robyn takes good care of the property and wants the guests to feel comfortable and satisfied . I definitely recommend and will return when I’m in the area again. Robyn was lovely, responsive, and helpful. Thank you, Robyn!

The place itself was extremely cozy. The surrounding area was a sight to just bask in especially when it snowed. Perfect place to just get away from it all. The inside had everything that was needed to keep us comfortable. Would for sure do it again and recommend all to give this place a visit.

High Top House is a beautiful house, located on the edge of a state forest. Beautiful , peaceful location and a great resting place. The house felt like it was their own house, not sset us as a rental - very comfortable and stylish. Every room had views to the countryside. Chris and Therese welcomed us as if they were welcoming us into their own house, and even had all sorts of treats and useful items ready and waiting for the dog we thought would join us this weekend. We would absolutely look at staying at High Top House the next time we’re in the area.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect for us and the house was really nice and homey. There is plenty of off street parking and the washer / dryer came in handy. Overall, a great stay.

Veronica's place was cozy and made us feel right at home. It was a snowy day and we had difficulty getting in the driveway but her husband came right up and plowed the driveway. The home was nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. We had a great time even in bad weather. She was very responsive and was nice enough to let us leave a little later so we could wait the weather out. We look forward to returning in the summer!

Judy's cottage was even more than we could have hoped for. Nothing to be desired. Everything we could need with all the comforts of home. Beautiful peaceful location. Cant wait to go again! Judy truly goes above & beyond to welcome her guests. Even had some snacks & beverages upon arrival. One of the best air bnb's Ive rented!! Ten stars should be an option!

Cabin is on a high point and has nice views of the area. Plenty of windows and wrap around porch in the back. Must be very nice when the leaves change.
