We are delighted with our stay: the house is very nice, warm, very well designed for 6 or even 8 people (adults or children), very well equipped (televisions, kitchen equipment, etc.). We also enjoyed arriving at a well heated house. The living room has a beautiful glass window overlooking the beautiful park which is ideal with children or a dog (well fenced park and lots of space). And everything is quiet!! Thomas is very available, even from afar. Her welcome booklet is remarkable!! We strongly recommend this Haven of Peace!!

Accommodation adjoining the host's house, which is therefore in the immediate vicinity. Enclosed garden, with games for children. The accommodation matches the photos and description perfectly. It is very well-equipped. Michel was very welcoming, we enjoyed his many touches during our stay. We'll remember the place!

A tastefully appointed, charming, comfortable and good location apartment. Access is completely self-contained, but Émeline remains at our disposal if needed. Ideal for visiting the area and enjoying the surrounding activities.

Very good stay in the apartment, comfortable, smartly furnished. Arrival without problem, with key box if necessary but Christophe is super welcoming and even offered (without me asking) to pick me up and drop me off at Angers station, which made things much easier for me! Small downside, some hair in the shower, the cleaning could have been a little more rigorous, but the apartment is very clean apart from this detail. Please note that for people with limited mobility, the stairs to access the mezzanine (bed, bathroom and shower) are very steep.

I was delighted by this beautiful bright and spacious studio. Everything is there, it's well located, it's pretty, there are little touches from the hosts. a real pleasure to find this kind of BnB, I would gladly go back, thank you!

Martine is a very welcoming and friendly host. We really enjoyed the place. Our bikes were stored in the veranda. The garden is extraordinary with squirrel, t**s, red gorges,.... We will keep an excellent memory of this brief stay at Martine's. We would recommend it.

My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.

Frédéric and Aurélie were very responsive and made sure the place was ready despite a late booking. The accommodation is similar to the listing, easy to access, plus a parking space is reserved for us. Thanks to them, I recommend it.
