Bill was a great host and responsive to our needs and one issue that we had. Would highly recommend this house to others staying in the Amherst area, definitely beats a hotel!

This was the perfect place to stay for our two week visit to the wife's hometown. Everything was more than expected. The house felt very comfortable. Was especially pleased with the kitchen. Everything that we needed to cook our meals was provided pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. When we come back for another visit we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

This house was great! Super clean and comfortable with fresh smelling blankets and linens. You're right on the lake which is amazing with a huge backyard. The house has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. You are on a busy road which can be a bit loud at night but the lake makes it comparable. Bill is a great host, had the fireplace going for us when we got there and was very responsive.

We had a great stay at Zachary’s home. He provided us all the info we needed at check-in. The home was within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We had a really good time and would love to stay again sometime.

Kadir's space was absolutely perfect for our bachlorette spa day and for extra wedding guests to stay the night after the reception. Comfy beds, couches, plenty of washrooms and linens, and the space was easy to find. Had lots of parking and is minutes away from grocery stores, Starbucks, and some cute wineries. We had a blast and if we're ever back in the area I will try to book this space again! Don't think twice about booking this one!

Emily is an excellent host and I highly recommend this place. If I could give it a higher rating I would. 5min walk to Clifton Hill and 15min to the falls. Place was clean and easy to navigate. Emily gave clear instructions and was very responsive. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Emily for an excellent stay :)

This was our second stay and we would never stay anywhere else! Matt and Ang have created a lovely space for families. My 94-year-old mother was very comfortable in her own room and space. My sister and I each had our own room. And, I'm not kidding, I've ordered four of those mattresses and pillows because they are so comfortable. :) We love it here and hope we can visit again soon.

Great stay in lovely Elmwood village! We were able to walk to Tipico and Overwinter - highly recommended coffee shops in the area plus used the kitchen to eat in several times. I had to work some during our trip and had the upstairs loft to myself for quiet and privacy while my spouse could hang out downstairs and do what he wanted.

We stayed at Chris’s place for an in town work conference for the weekend. The home was beautiful and very spacious - bathrooms were very clean and everything was in working order. Bedrooms were wry pleasant and all furniture was clean. Chris was very helpful from start to finish , being always readily available to answer questions. He suggested some very nice bars that we had a great time at. Location itself is very close to the strip , within walking distance. Lots of things to do that are within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back to Chris’s place in the future.

The place was perfect for what we needed. We loved that there was a fresh welcoming loaf of banana bread in the kitchen when we got there and the pack n play was already out with sheets for it for our little one. There seems to be a lot to do in the area and there was tons of info throughout the house on everything to do nearby. We would absolutely stay there again!

Jean's home has become my home away from home and I have spent many days and nights there during this past year. As I have been caring for my mom, Jean and Joe have been flexible and proactive. I am so grateful for this sunny, homey apartment and for the care I have been given.

This is a darling little apartment. Everything is PERFECT. The entire property is amazingly well maintained. I felt like Lance and Cheryl were taking care of me. The driveway was shoveled every morning before I got out for early start to the day and my car was even cleaned of snow (which occurred daily). Outstanding value.

Mary's space was neat and clean and perfect for a weekend in town. The check in instructions were clear and the space was well taken care of.

Paul & Michelle were excellent hosts. Their place was comfortable and wonderful for our family of four adults. They communicated well and all our needs were met. It was a nice perk having the off-street parking especially with the snowy weather. Thank you for your gracious hospitality! We hope to come back next time we’re in Western New York!

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

This was a great location for those traveling to Niagara Falls. I enjoyed how it was close to the places that we wanted to tour. I also appreciated how responsive the host was when we needed support. Thank you for the stay!

The whole process was smooth and easy. Nomaan was great to communicate with—his instructions were clear and straightforward, and he even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The place was clean, tidy, and beautifully set up with all the amenities we needed. There was more than enough space for our family, and our three-year-old especially enjoyed the games provided. We had no issues with the internet or setup, and the location was super convenient—just 5 to 10 minutes from everything you might need. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

Our staying at Mary's was great. quiet and safe place. The place was as described and clean and that's is always a plus. I don't remember if the stairs where listed on the page but you have a few flight of stairs. if staying less than 3 nights she will send you a cleaning fee separate, I didn't like that because I had made my peace with the total price already but at that point what ever. She left us a welcome letter with chocolates and was nice. everything was explained in the apartment, event the coffee pot, has a QR code for the video of how to use it 😆. I liked the location because my plans where to visit the Niagara Falls but didn't wanna stay at the hearth if the city and this place is just 15-20 min away. Overall good place and happy to say that I recommend it.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

Would recommend this place to everyone!! Perfect size for 1-2 couples. Beautiful, clean , INCREDIBLE location so close to everything tourist in Niagara. Will be recommending this to all my family & friends. We look forward to returning! 10/10 thank you Stefano! 😁
