We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clemons. Being within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants and attractions was nice. Having a brewery and coffee shop attached was even nicer! The place has a historical touch as does much of the city. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The only negative was the parking but was an easy walk from the parking deck to the main lobby. You can also load/unload in front of the building if parking is available.

As a repeat guest, this is my favorite place to visit when I’m in the area. Kathi and David go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Between the comfort, cleanliness, beautiful views and the exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I will be back to visit every chance that I get. I’m so very thankful for Hiwassee Acres!!

The Lake Lodge at Chickamauga #2

Anna was exceptional to work with. We realized that i booked the wrong days and Anna was great at responding quickly to my messages to get it worked out to rebook the correct dates. We would recommend booking your stay with Anna at The Fishermen’s Lodge. It is a great place for anglers getaway retreat. We will be booking with Anna in the future.

Had an awesome time hiking the Bear Creek trail and coming back down and relaxing and being Groovy at the Nomad! It was a wonderful experience and even role played a little because when you walk into the Groovy it’s like walking back in time! Melissa was Great at the very beginning and was very responsive with all our needs! We will be back for sure to check out the rest of the place!

The location was out of the way of the hustle and bustle. So it was perfect for a weekend getaway. You are only about 15-30 minutes from the Chattanooga city attractions. The room was exactly as described but in person it was beautiful. I can tell they pay attention to detail as the room even had pink grout like the rest of the pink aesthetic of the room. The fridge was a good size for drinks and snacks. The memory foam bed slept like being on a cloud. The local grocery store had a good selection in their deli just fyi. We had a few things come up but they communicated fast and efficiently. Making sure their guests are taken care of is a priority at this property. This place is definitely a favorite now. We didn’t check out the back area as it was freezing but it was as described as well. The town also had a good Mexican restaurant and Italian in walking distance if you wanted to stay locally. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks again

I don’t normally write reviews but this property is AMAZING! Both Kathi and David were very thorough and provided excellent service and communication. Even made our Anniversary extra special and we felt like they were friends by the time we left! Very highly recommended to anyone who wants a peaceful friendly environment and if you love hobby farms, kayaking, fishing, Anything outdoors, this is a must see!

PAC-Man Room #11- 1960 Retro Motel

This was a very cute and completely updated motel with each room involving a different theme. Ours was the Pac-Man room and my family was delighted and really enjoyed it. The amount of detail in the remodel was really cool. There are other adorable rooms in this motel and each are themed. I would also suggest the Elvis jungle room, which I could see from the parking lot. Sooo Cute! It was also a much more affordable option in the area! I'd definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

What a wonderful and relaxing place Hiwassee Acres is! Kathi and David are wonderful hosts and have created a truly amazing place to visit, explore, relax, and get away to. Hiwassee Acres is nestled in rural Tennessee right next to the river and mountains. The facility has so much to do and explore, including hiking, kayaking, playing with the farm animals, or just relaxing outside to take in the scenery. The surrounding area is quite beautiful with lots of outdoor activities. We took a ride on the Tennessee Valley Railroad during our visit, which I highly recommend. While the outside at Hiwassee Acres has so much beauty, the inside does as well. We stayed in a unit at the lodge, which is clean, modern, and decorated beautifully. Our unit had everything that was needed during our stay including a well-equipped kitchen, bedroom, and sitting area with a large tv that could be viewed from both areas the sitting area and bedroom. The common space has so much to offer and was a relaxing place to hang out, eat breakfast, and look at the scenery. We will certainly be back and recommend Hiwassee Acres to anyone traveling in the area or looking for a relaxing place to visit and unwind.

I came into town due to a sick fur-baby. Needed this as a very last minute also needed a quiet space to try to recover and exactly what I got. Clean room. Comfy bed. Great temp. Clean bathroom. In the morning was nice to meet folks who share a great cup of coffee with me. Back again tonight! Price was well worth it and more comfortable than any hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing from the moment I booked it to the moment I checked out. Everything is clean. There’s a refrigerator and sticky notes to label your food. The surroundings are beautiful lots of things in walking distance I will 100% be back soon. Great job crash pad!
