From initial booking through to checkout, Ryan and the team were amazing! There were responsive and so helpful. The cleaning ladies were pleasant. The flat is primarily located with beautiful views of the ocean, having 2 different direct accesses to the beach was a plus and was a great place to relax and recharge. Will definitely be back here.

Debs and Alan were great hosts. Communication was great from start to finish. We had complete privacy and views were incredible! The layout of 106 Bermuda is superb and the location is wonderfully close everything one needs! 5 star stay, we will certainly book again. If you ever feel like selling, please press on my button first!

Well appointed, comfortable unit with lots of space and light. Located right on the beach with easy access to the promenade for walking. Lovely, spacious patio with 180 degree views of the ocean. Kitchen is modern with all appliances. Thank you, we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Our stay was great. We loved our second stay at Bev‘s flat by the sea. It’s a home from home, very well equipped and to fall asleep to the sound of the waves is priceless! The pool and Braai area which have recently been refurbished are wonderful, and the private access to the beach via a steep natural rock staircase provide a bit of a hiking adventure. There’s a bench by the sea from where you can watch the sunrise and if you’re lucky see dolphins swim by 😎😍 We will be back! Anja & Kurt

Exactly what we wanted, somewhere to stay that was near the beach, affordable, clean and comfortable. This was better than our expectation. On arrival we were welcomed by the host Liesl who was extremly friendly and warm and made us feel very welcome. The place was super clean, the bed was so comfortable and everything was juts perfect. The host thought of everything from a beach bag we could use to an umbrella if it rained and we were even welcomed with tea, coffee and rusks. We highly recommend this place to stay as its nothing less than amazing and your stay will be perfect, right on the beach and tranquil. A perfect holiday stay.

Shaun and Reenie were super helpful and professional and friendly right from the start. The apartment exceeded our expectations, clean, super tidy, extremely comfortable beds with breath taking views. The only regret we have, is that we did not book for a longer stay. Anything and everything you could possibly need was provided and what a wonderful surprise to find extra ice provided in the freezer. It was a wonderful stay and we were very sad to leave. I would highly recommend this apartment. In one word, perfect. Thank you for a fabulous stay Shaun and Reenie.

We had a family vacation here for 5 days. The house was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean...we woke up to beautiful sunrises. The house was clean and well equipped. The beautiful open terrace was great. It's a bit of a walk over the rocky cliff to small private access beaches. The direct ramp from the complex is still under construction. But the kids enjoyed the little hike and the beach nonetheless. The location was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Ballito.

We had the most beautiful weekend away at Bonnies place. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away at Umhlanga. Bonnie was the perfect host, always available and so accommodating. The flat was exactly as advertised, beautiful views and location, clean and tastefully decorated. The only downside was that we only had 2 nights there.... Will definitely be back

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer's house, which comfortably fit our big group of friends. The ocean views were stunning, and the spacious accommodation were ideal for our getaway. Just a tip: having a car on hand is a must, as the estate is quite large and getting e-hailing cars to enter the estate can be challenge.

Excellent holiday home. We enjoyed the pool. There is a nice bar area by the pool so we could braai and relax. The place was spacious and very comfy. The house was clean, and when we had queries Belinda was readily available to assist. The mall is a 5 minute walk away. The area is quiet. I would definitely go back. Belinda was welcoming and friendly.

An absolute paradise! Great for all ages, we had from a toddler for the day to 85 year old mama, who all felt at home and had a wonderful time. We lived on the back porch, soaking in the sun and breeze and catching up with each other after 2 years apart. Would absolutely stay again!

Nikky and Tom were extremely helpful and very responsive even from before we arrived. Weeks before we arrived they offered us to spend time at the pool area if we arrived early. On the day they called to say we can do an early check in which was great especially after a long trip. From the time we arrived they immediately came out to help. We had a 5 foot trailer which Tom was so kind to help push into the parking area. Pool and 24hr Heated Jacuzzi was sparkling. The family spent hours in there. Nikky and Tom take great care of their home and their guests. Thank you for being excellent hosts and a memorable stay.

We had a great time at Bronwyn's place. Sitting on the deck, whether it was staring at a thunderstorm over the ocean or having a big family meal was a real treat. The house had lots of private spaces and was easy to move around in.

Our stay at Barefoot was the best; it was the first time in my life that I had found a cosy place to stay that had everything you could possibly need for a vacation home. I'm impressed with Sarah's performance and her team; nothing matters more to me than a prompt answer from the host. We were really secure. We had a very nice stay at Bruce’s place. We enjoyed sea view, the pool and the walks on the prominade. The place was clean, neat and spacious. Secure Parking for vehicle. When we are in the area again, we will definitely check if Bruce’s place is available.

Our stay at Lyn and Steve’s was absolutely incredible! The home is so beautiful and quiet and we got to be within a few hundred meters of one of our favourite beaches. Rocky and Pickles are the sweetest most well behaved pups and their visits were such a highlight for us!
