Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Chatsworth, Los Angeles

This place was just as beautiful as the pics! Remote and private, definitely worth every penny! Neighborhood was very calm and quiet, just what we were looking for. Adam was an awesome host! Any questions or concerns, I received a response quickly. The house was beautifully stocked, clean and just what we needed for a big family. We were able to have our own space and eat together in the big open dining room. Everything was perfect. The list in the guidebook helped for when we needed food suggestions. And the hot tub a big plus for the cold. We went for a wedding and were 15 mins out from the venue, it was a big help to be that close to just run back and forth. If weʻre ever in the area, I would not hesitate to book with Adam again. Thank you!

We really had such a wonderful stay at the Orchard House. The house was beautiful and as described. Our family has two individuals that use walkers and the layout was just perfect. However, when we came in to the house to explore, it took us a moment to find the other master! It was off the garage area and I thought for a second a booked a house that was not big enough! Lol. Todd was very responsive whenever we had a question. The house was very peaceful (except for the minor construction going on next door but that won't be a longterm problem, and nothing that should prevent you from visiting!). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will look to come back to Todd's place the next time our extended family has another party! Thank you again Todd for everything!

This house is an amazing location and the views are spectacular. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and my sister in law. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room in the living room for family time. The kitchen is a gourmet huge kitchen with nice appliances. The master shower was a spa! 😂 steam shower with three heads. Beautiful views from the master bed when you wake up. Very close to the action and some great restaurants. We would stay here again on our next trip. Loved working with James, he was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great Host!

I really enjoyed my stay at the DTLA Zen retreat. It was a perfect place to relax and cook a meal after a long day. The home was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and had the perfect coffee set up. The kitchen window has incredible city views. The home was well designed, great natural light and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were perfect and the bedding was good quality. I really enjoyed the modern shower room with tub. The cedar hot tub was well maintained and a perfect place to watch the sun set on the city skyline. Davi was a great host and excellent communicator. I would recommend his place to others looking for a zen retreat in LA.

This was a lovely home. spacious and comfortable. stocked well with everything including lots of small items if needed. would rent it again. quiet and safe neighborhood.

Better than expected!!!. 54 stairs sounds more than it really is but worth the walk for the nice mountain view, quiet from the boulevard and always birds chirping, a rare thing in Los Angeles. Floor to ceiling windows that slide with automatic retractable drapes.. Bathrooms and rooms were ample spacing, stocked with the necessities and great layout. really impressive Airbnb and worth the value, highly recommended. Thank you Eitay.

Judy and Christina were amazing and super friendly. Unfortunately our trip had to end earlier than anticipated, but next time we are in Thousand Oaks, there’s no other place that we would think of staying at except this one! Thank you amazing, sweet ladies

This property was perfect for what I rented it for! The hosts worked with me and my requests and there wasn’t one problem during our 4 night stay.

We take an annual trip to LA for business - and this trip by far was the most memorable, mostly thanks to the hospitality and comfort provided by Liza and her husband. You would never guess you are in the center of LA. This home, just minutes away from Hollywood, felt more like an upscale nature retreat. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, when outside, you hear nothing but pure silence and perhaps the distant owl. During our stay, we spent more time outside relaxing on their one of a kind, multi-tiered, back yard, just enjoying each others company. That is a priceless feature we encourage everyone to experience at this property while visiting LA! 10/10 experience top to bottom. Thank you, Liza for all your tips, flexibility, and friendliness. We cannot wait for our next stay!!

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

This was an absolute wonderful, peaceful, and very private place to stay with everything we needed! Beautiful views and taste in furniture. Cozy and elegant at the same time. The hosts responded to everything we needed above and beyond and kept in great contact with us for anything we needed at all over the long stay we had there and were so flexible with our needs. They personally showed us how to use everything since we would be there a while…just really went above and beyond in service besides the place having such a great feel! There are great restaurants and super market choices all within a couple of blocks. Very convenient as well!

Tommy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was more enjoyable. Questions I had were answered quickly. The place was exactly as described and very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

T’s retreat was beautiful and restorative, a great escape from the hustle and bustle. Nestled in the mountains not far from the ocean and civilization, this property was a great weekend escape for our group!

I enjoyed my stay after a long day of traveling. It was the perfect spot to unwind before heading off to work the next day. Very comfortable and secluded, which was very relaxing.

John's place is great if you are looking for a place outside the city, peaceful private, and sorround of mother nature. reply to messages at not waiting time very responsable, 100% recommended.

Really chill place to stay at. It is a very quaint cabin so you're getting a small sleeping place. This listing should tell you more about the Ranch itself, which is a beautiful place to walk around in. There are also hikes around here, so I would definitely take the time to traverse the area. On the drive over, there are horses and other animals that we stopped by to see. The owners were so kind and even showed us their dogs and let us go in the pen with their goats. Warning: Place can get cold at night so make sure to bring a few spare blankets
