You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

This is our favorite place to stay each year. It is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is a PERFECT host.

Tara was very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful. Hot tub was great! Only wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely a beautiful location.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were very accommodating, and the location is perfect if you’re planning to explore Cape Cod, Plymouth, or even take a trip to Martha’s Vineyard. The house was clean and well-equipped. The only minor note is that the bedrooms were a bit chilly, but everything else was wonderful. Thank you for hosting us!

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Patty’s house is in such a special, peaceful place. The walk to the beach is GORGEOUS and the beach is private and beautiful. I saw seals in the surf just a few yards away, it was so lovely. It really is a sanctuary and I’d definitely go back. Also, Patty was super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!

Very nice space with great restaurants and beach nearby. Although on a main road it is very quiet at night and everyone nearby seemed very nice and friendly. The shower was great as there was plenty of pressure and a super shower head that adjusts really well for height. The bed was very comfortable and the grill was amazing to use. We were very happy with the cottage and can see us using it again in the future,

This is our second stay in this room, we will make this our annual anniversary getaway. The location is perfect; across the street from the beach, and a 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants. The walk is beautiful too. The street is quiet and although the building is right on the street it felt private. The room has just what you need and doesn’t feel too small, there was plenty of room and didn’t feel cramped at all. Furnishings were beautiful and simple. We are thoroughly impressed with this host and will be back again next year ❤️.

The place was great. The backyard was the perfect spot to cook burgers and hang out. The space can just be a little cold outside the summer months so prepare to dress warmer.

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

Mike was a great host! Was very responsive any time we reached out. The house was perfect for a multi family week of relaxation. We had 7 adults and 4 kids in our group. We made good use of the canoes that came with the house and even rented a SUP for the week from a local company. We spent most of our time out on the pond or gathered on the back deck. Mike shared restaurant recommendations and we also found a great place not far called Jake’s Clambakes & Kitchen that delivered a fantastic clambake dinner to the house for the group one night. We would definitely come back to this house. We had a great time!!

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

The pond house is peaceful and very quiet, very dark at night with no visible neighbors. It is very comfortable, bright with many windows (and views of the pond). It is not shiny new, but very clean, uncluttered and attractive, and the artwork is lovely. The kitchen is nicer than the photo suggests - very adequate and well-stocked. Luther is extremely responsive. Do not be daunted by the lengthy rules and check-out tasks - they are less onerous than they appear. Highly recommended for those seeking privacy and quiet and a lovely setting.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. It is really peaceful and we had an amazing time. Michele was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with being flexible for check in and check out times. Thank you again!

It was my husband’s and my first time to Cape Cod and wow did we fall in love. The location, decor, and view from the condo were perfection. We parked our car in the parking spot Thursday and didn’t touch it again til we left for the airport Sunday as everything we could ever want or need was within a short walk. It was the most amazing trip and we 100% would book this place again. I lost count of the amount of times my husband said “I love this place!!” lol. We can’t thank John enough for such an amazing first stay in Cape Cod!

It was our second time staying at this location. The location is centrally located and walkable to all the beaches and restaurants. We loved it the first visit and loved it that much more the second visit. Brian answered any questions we had in a more than reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend this home.

We had an unbelievable trip to Provincetown over Thanksgiving weekend!! Jack's place is quiet, serene, and right on the water. We loved morning walks along the sand and coffee on the porch overlooking the water. The apartment is just outside of the more touristy areas of Provincetown, but a short walk to everything you would want or need to see in the town. The space itself is impeccably clean and comfortable. It also had all of the cookware essentials for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal and eat comfortably. The apartment was really the star of the trip, as we didn't even feel we needed to leave the house in order to experience amazing views and some calm. For anyone visiting Provincetown, I cannot imagine a better spot for a getaway!

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo, very comfortable making a great stay. Had all the amenities that we needed. The condo was right on the beach making for wonderful sunrises and sunsets over the bay. The location was great with a short walk to the center of town. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.
