Waterfront vacation rentals in Chatham

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

This is our favorite place to stay each year. It is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is a PERFECT host.

Tara was very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful. Hot tub was great! Only wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely a beautiful location.

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Patty’s house is in such a special, peaceful place. The walk to the beach is GORGEOUS and the beach is private and beautiful. I saw seals in the surf just a few yards away, it was so lovely. It really is a sanctuary and I’d definitely go back. Also, Patty was super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!

Kathy is a great host. Her family property is really special and she was very accommodating answering all my questions before and during our stay. The pond is so quiet, peaceful, serene and beautiful and the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood which is wonderful to walk in. The Cotuit market is 1.5 miles away and there are great eats at Kettle Ho in Cotuit which allowed us to settle in with ease. Kathy graciously allowed our dog to accompany us and he loved spending time in the pond too and having easy outdoor access. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is our second stay in this room, we will make this our annual anniversary getaway. The location is perfect; across the street from the beach, and a 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants. The walk is beautiful too. The street is quiet and although the building is right on the street it felt private. The room has just what you need and doesn’t feel too small, there was plenty of room and didn’t feel cramped at all. Furnishings were beautiful and simple. We are thoroughly impressed with this host and will be back again next year ❤️.

We stayed her for 5 nights after my son had his ACL repaired. It was a truly fantastic place to recover. We could open the sliding doors or go to the rooftop to get fresh air. Had an elevator. I explored Plymouth easily by foot while he slept. The view was excellent. The host was very accommodating. Only negative that thankfully didn’t affect us because we stayed in October so hardly anyone used the rooftop deck. I think it would be very loud in the summer.

The place was great. The backyard was the perfect spot to cook burgers and hang out. The space can just be a little cold outside the summer months so prepare to dress warmer.

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

What a cool spot! Stayed a couple nights with friends for a "Book Retreat" and had the best time reading in the Hammock, chatting by the fire pit, and cooking together in the kitchen.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

Luther's place is very nice. The property is situated on a pond with a short walk from the back door to a nice dock. The water is so clean you can see to the bottom of the pond. Very quiet and peaceful. A great place for a retreat to relax. The house is clean, warm, and cozy and has all the basic amenities you might need. A good amount of dishes and cookware if you want to stay in, along with several close restaurants if you don't want to cook.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. Beautiful home right on the edge of a pond, 12 min north of Falmouth main drag. Very well-provisioned, two hang-out spots, perfect for families with kids who might enjoy separate space at times (as in our group). We were there over the holidays so can't speak to the beach scene, but we needed a comfy space for 9 people and this worked out even better than expected. Highly recommend!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Book it!! Just do it! After staying in Air BnBs throughout the US and in many other countries I have to stay Marc was the best host! Extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. His place was perfect and he even had one of our favorite games, Skip Bo available! Overall, fantastic experience.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Blair's place. Close to downtown, private parking, and a beautiful place to stay (with a king size bed!) made it an easy decision to stay here again. I would stay here again!

The place and location were great. Dave definitely was a great communicator and explained everything prior to arrival. This was a time share so the facility has no reflection on Dave’s reputation. The deck and the pool were the only things that could have been cleaner.

Julia's condo was exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location with great ocean views. Julia was very responsive to any questions and was very flexible with check in and check out times. You can't go wrong selecting Julia's condo. I recommend it highly.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)
