Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chatham County

Madhavi's home was perfect for our Family! We booked her home to visit with Family and it was exactly as described. The kids enjoyed playing in the large yard and roasting marshmellows at the fire pit. She even supplied firewood and fire starters (such a surprise!). Thanks again for a great stay!

We stay at a lot of Airbnb’s and the stand out here was the fact that they had the refrigerator stocked with 12 waters and real half-and-half for my coffee in the morning! I wish all Airbnb did this. It is such a nice touch. When you get in from a long day of traveling you are usually thirsty and when you wake up in the morning you want a real cup of coffee. This place provided both 🙂

I really can't say enough about how much myself and my 2 traveling work partners enjoy Susans place ! Susan's place is very comfortable and all of her descriptions are spot on as well as the pictures. I also must say Susan is very responsive to any and calls as well as proactive to things . My friends and I are looking forward to staying here while we work our job.

Wonderful little home that met all our needs in an area with not a lot of options to stay. Mich nicer than any of the local hotels in the area. Owners responded quickly when messaged and everything was like pictures and profile description. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Siler City!

Beautiful home, no dining room but big island with seating available around the island. Lots of outdoor seating and covered area to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful outdoors with table/seating, grill and fire pit. Great hosts!! Quiet and peaceful area!

Eric is beyond accommodating. He's so kind and his place really is a gem, tucked away and private. And you really do see deer, just like previous reviews say :)

My family needed a last-minute place to stay in town for the Thx holiday, and though this was tight quarters for a family with two dogs - we made it work, and Kathie was responsive and helpful. Can't beat the location for a trip to Pittsboro - it's right downtown, walking distance to all the shops, breweries, and restaurants.

Velina's place really felt like a home away from home! The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, the bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully designed, and there was lots of seating in the kitchen! Velina proactively recommended lots of local spots and was polite and quickly responsive. My family and I agreed that we'll stay here next time we visit Chapel Hill!

AJ was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. This condo was exactly what my sister and I were looking for during a medical stay in the area. The location is very secluded and very peaceful. The accommodations were exactly as described and a good value.

first of all, aj just about saved our lives the night that we stayed here! we booked a different airbnb property to stay at for the 2 nights we were in raleigh but upon the arrival of night one and seeing just how disgusting our host left the place for us, we knew for sure we couldn’t spend another night in that stay. the 2nd day in raleigh, after contacting support for a different place to stay at, we came across aj’s home and reached out to him and asked if we could stay. not only was he SUPER responsive, like extremely quick responses(!), but he accommodated us instantly, sent us over all the info we would need for our stay and actually made sure it was clean! bedrooms are very identical so we didn’t have to “einey meany miney mo” a room lol. the only thing we disliked was the driveway but nc was just hit with a hurricane so. if you book here, just be super careful and drive SLOW when you enter and exit the property. otherwise, this stay was great. aj, thank you SO MUCH!! :)

I had a great experience at this spot . Check in was very easy! The beds are nice and firm which I loved, bedroom doors also have locks on them. The water pressure for the shower was amazing , plenty of towels and wash clothes as well. The living room with a large couch was a great way for us to spend time with our family. The kitchen is nice and spacious as well. One bummer was the only big burner on the electric stove top didn’t work and there were limited pots and pans for cooking but we got the job done. However ,There were plenty of cups and plates for everyone. Thank you so much for a lovely space.
