I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The hosts are genuine and friendly, I truly felt welcome as their guest. The room is impeccably clean and spacious, and the private bathroom has all necessities. There’s also a great view of the neighbourhood, which gives a true parisian feeling :-) It’s also practical that the metro is close by. All in all: I highly recommend this home for a trip to Paris!

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

Staying for one night, the place matched the listing and what we needed. It's extremely well located, and Saint Louis Island is a great place! As in most buildings of that time, you can hear a bit of the neighborhood and the outdoors, but nothing surprising. We only met Jeremy when we arrived, the fact of having shared spaces was not at all a constraint. I can only recommend this place!

we stayed with anne a couple of years ago, so we knew it would be pleasure to stay with her again - and of couse we were not disappointed! she is a wonderful hostess, always friendly, helpful and informative. the little apartment is perfect for a visit to paris, it even has a tiny balcony with a view over the rooftops to the eiffel tower so that you can enjoy your croissant and coffee in the sunshine without a care in the world!

Brigitte & Didier are very friendly hosts. Their accommodation is in their image: charming and welcoming! The spacious room was sparkling clean. The bedding is very comfortable. At the rendezvous: calm and relaxation. Great friendly breakfast. I would highly recommend this property and would probably be happy to come back! The train station is just next door and is a 5-minute walk away.

We were very pleased with Aymeric. The area is very well located with quick access to the metro. It is a very nice neighborhood with all kinds of shops and restaurants. We recommend staying here. We would definitely be back.

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

I stay at Alain's place for 3 nights. He is a really nice guy. He gets up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for me according to my schedule. Simple breakfast, but really nice. His place is in zone 1 of Paris, so you can easily take public transport to go anywhere. If you visit Paris, highly recommended 👌 👍

Morgan was a lovely host! He was so kind and always responsive. He had great stories to share and delicious pastries for us each morning. Everything was walking distance and there were great restaurants around the bed and breakfast!

We had an amazing experience staying at Odile’s and Armel's place in Paris! The highlight was the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, just as described. Waking up to such a stunning sight every morning truly made our trip unforgettable. Odile and Armel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Each morning, they prepared the most delicious breakfast, featuring the finest French croissants we’ve ever tasted. It was such a delightful touch that made us feel pampered and immersed in Parisian culture. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Armel was always available for any questions and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Paris. Very nice and cozy place, very close to the metro station which is super convenient. Lucie was also very welcoming and recommended nice French restaurant. A big recommendation!

Very pleasant stay. We felt welcome. Philippe is a very welcoming, available and caring host. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the metro and plenty to do while walking in the neighborhood. The studio was warm and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is small but functional and there was even a washer. We really enjoyed the croissants and baguette delivered discreetly by Philippe every morning. We will come back without hesitation during an upcoming visit to Paris.

Best hôte ever ! So indeed there is the high quality of the room, bedding and luxury bed linen, private bathroom... There is also proximity to the metro, excellent sound insulation, beautiful terrace... But above all, there is Cathy's hospitality, delicacy, and quality of attention. I felt incredibly pampered!

This was our second stay at this property and we have loved it both times! Lovely flat with everything we needed for a few days' stay, clean and attractively furnished. The hosts sent a list of things to do and see as well as instructions about the flat. The area is great - very village-y with lots of bars and restaurants. We'll be back!

The accommodation is just like the photos and the host is very kind and attentive to the needs of the guests. She always responds quickly and is open to any request. The accommodation is located 18 min from Chatelet, the center of Paris, by metro and it is very well communicated to other points by the convenations of the metro. The RER is also accessed with speed to go to the airport or Disney. Highly recommended for families with children, who are going to want to come back early to play. We are very grateful for the attention received, friendly and personal treatment and the human quality of the hosts.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to travel to central Paris. It’s very neat and clean, with a lovely garden and a friendly black cat that added to the charm. Francoise was incredibly responsive to our questions and even recommended a great nearby restaurant for dinner. We felt very well taken care of and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Isabelle welcomes us inside your house, helps with the bags, presents the place and offers coffee capsules, water, soap and shampoo. The place is beautiful and comfortable. One of the beds in the room for 4 people is a sofa bed but the mattress is comfortable. A terrace just for us, very beautiful, to get together in the late afternoon or have breakfast. I recommend your stay. Isabelle is very friendly and attentive, is a familiar airbnb, very well taken care of. Deixo as a suggestion add a small minibar, for snacks and water. There is a bakery and a carrefour express on the same block that meet all the necessities. Many thanks Isabelle.
