A wonderful little oasis on the outskirts of Berlin. It was nice to arrive back in Falkensee after a turbulent day in Berlin and "down", which is perfectly possible with a short walk on the nearby lake. The property itself is simple but has everything you need to live. The present garden is particularly beautiful, which of course makes a visit in summer particularly attractive. In any case, Robyn and Dagmar are great hosts and I can fully recommend the place.

The small, bright apartment in the basement is particularly lovingly and skillfully furnished. I felt very comfortable. The well connected, yet very quiet location is unbeatable. The lake is right next door and invites you to take walks or swim. Sybil is a thoughtful host who communicates well. I can only recommend the neighborhood.

I stayed there for 15 days with my wife and infant. Firstly the place had all amenities a family would need for a pleasant stay. Me and my wife are still Praising and looking for same kind of place in other city. Secondly, the location is really Good for those who really wish to walk down in Berlin or rely on public transport. Bus stand right in front.. I will surely come back at this place if I need further stay in Berlin. Lastly, the host (Joseph) was really helpful in resolving all of our queries and giving us all information we needed. Cheers !!!

Beautiful apartment in very central location, also convenient for multiple modes of transport. Couldn’t have wished for anything more, made me want to move to Berlin! Thomas was great host, very communicative and helpful.

Anton is a Super Host! Very responsive and helpful. His place is so beautiful!! There are lots of windows with beautiful scenery. His apartment is very clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and nice linens. We walked thru the local neighborhood which was nice. Train stations very close by to get anywhere! Highly recommended.

This Villa is a beautiful place to stay while in the Potsdam area. Our large group of twelve felt at home and never felt crowded in this space. Not only is the inside beautiful but the outdoor area is pretty special, too. We spent the majority of our time outside on the lovely patios. Such a very lovely place!

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Great house - perfectly located with easy access to Potsdam and Berlin. Quiet and in walking distance to forest and lake, and local shops. Well decorated, modern kitchen and nice bathroom. Easily fits 4 adults. Hosts were easily accessible and responsive. Would use again.

Our employees stayed there for an assembly time and were satisfied with location, equipment, etc. Parking is available, which we always find very important. And location is great.

Chic apartment that offers everything you need for a stay. The location is also really great. Netto is within walking distance and the bus stop is also nearby. What I was missing a bit is a living area with a couch. Especially if you're traveling with small children, this is handy. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was still hair from the previous guests in the bathroom. Otherwise, we felt very much at home.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Big thanks to the owner, since we had some bad communication in our firm and our guys didn't leave at the time they were supposed to. The owner was very friendly and helpful, understood our problem and was really cool about it! Thanks again!

We had a great stay! The flat is well-equipped and quiet. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars around. Great stay! Nazanin was a really nice host and we would love to come back.

The space was just as described! Perfect and comfortable for one person or a couple. The neighborhood is a lot of fun and super close to the M41 bus and the U8. Short ride into the center of Berlin. When I asked for a slightly earlier check in, or at least the ability to drop my luggage off, Gerard was quick to respond and very flexible. I’d definitely stay here again.

Large, bright, cozy apartment furnished in warm colors for immediate well-being. This view of the bay from the living-dining room: stunning. And this tranquility ... Large dining table, well-equipped kitchen (even with espresso powder, which was great as I forgot to shop, in addition to welcome wine and water), most comfortable large sofas of which two, very good mattresses, very spacious bathroom with tub; everything spotlessly clean. Parking in front of the house to choose from. Check-in and checkout easy and secure. Sigrid/Clemens as a host very quickly responsive, clear and extremely friendly. What more could you ask for? Nothing.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

We had a great time at Bjorn's. The apartment is great, has everything you need. It is in a quiet place, and is easily reachable. The view from the balcony towards the lake is great. We will definitely be back if coming back to Potsdam!

The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.

We had a great stay in Berlin! Having a supermarket right in front of the apartment made it easy to pick up essentials whenever we needed. The interior was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything we could need, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bus stop was also just a three-minute walk away, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. We’d love to come back if we visit Berlin again and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Berlin :)

Very comfortable and welcoming family apartment. It feels like home. It is located in the best area of Berlin with everything you need nearby (restaurant, supermarket). We loved our stay here. Kirsten was an attentive, very responsive host. She was attentive to our needs and was able to adapt in all circumstances. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend.
