The apartment was perfect for our visit. We were two couples and having a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient when getting ready. The kitchen/living room area was comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet but very close to many great restaurants and walkable to downtown locations. As stated before you can hear people in the apartment above you but this was not an issue at all for us. If you are very sensitive to noise you may want to consider other options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

Laurie's place was only about 10 minutes from downtown and walking distance to a nearby park, coffee shop. We felt super safe, and it was nice to come back to relax in a quiet spot after spending the day in downtown Charleston. It was perfect for my husband and me. we would definitely stay again.

It’s a very charming apartment with a nice view of the sunrise and sunset. the porch is cozy and I felt like I could have hung out in the porch. However, it is a not a destination location, you are not going to walk around the neighborhood. It is a good value for visiting friends in town or surrounding areas - 25 minutes to folly, 15 to upper king.

Nice place a little off the beaten path . Gorgeous marsh views and convenient to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and the beach. Very spacious.

My family and I came down for work. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Host even made sure we arrived safely. And when there was a power outage in the area, he checked on my family and I. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were four of us girls - each with a separate bedroom and was pleasantly surprised to have a smart tv in each. I love watching a little tv before bed - so that was nice. Every room had all the necessities, bathroom - with shampoo, soaps etc., kitchen all you needed to cook meals - we made one large meal on one night and it was easy to find everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. I really can't say anything negative about her house and our stay, except it was a bit of a drive to downtown and plantation we visited, but nothing exorbitant and fairly close to airport for one of our group to get picked up. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood, the pool to sit out at and just chat and saving some dollars from being in town. Everyone enjoyed the trip and Renee's home. She definitely goes out of her way to be a great host!

We had a wonderful stay with The Boroughs. Everything at the home was clean and neat. Everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention this home is located in the best neighborhood in MP - the Old Village!

Very cozy condo with a vintage cottage vibe. Great host - always checks in with guests, keeps them informed and has clear instructions on listing and at condo. I loved the cool vintage rattan furniture. This is not the place for you if you want something ultra modern and minimalistic. It definitely has the Edisto (Edi-slow) beachy vibe. Kimber(host) is sweet and thoughtful. I had a relaxed fun visit. Loved it!

We originally booked Chris's place because he was the only listing with a first floor bedroom and walk in shower attached to it. That was the most important feature I was looking for to accommodate my elderly father so kudos to Chris for having this feature, there aren't many out there. The minute we crossed the threshold I immediately felt at ease. The home is warm and inviting, it felt as if I was going into a home I was familiar with. We were there for a wedding so unfortunately we did not get to spend a whole lot of time inside there but when we were there we had everything we needed. The community is really nice and very quiet. The area has many stores, restaurants and take out close by and if you want to go into Charleston it's not far at all and you get to drive over the most spectacular bridge to get there. I definitely would recommend Chris's place to any of my family or friends without hesitation. Book this gem, you won't regret it.

We were down there for a wedding that was at Kiawah River and Charlotte’s condo was a very convenient place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with pretty views of the marsh..

Great stay on IOP, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, etc. Clean and stocked appropriately. Would stay here again.

John’s condo has a great 1st floor view of the ocean and the sunrise is spectacular. We enjoyed a quick after-Thanksgiving weekend stay to hang out with friends. Thanks for letting us stay, John!

We stayed at Dawn's place for 2 nights over Thanksgiving. She was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Will definitely rent from her again.

Myra's place is absolutely perfect in every way and we would definitely stay again! She was very prompt in answering all of our questions and even offered helpful suggestions. We enjoyed several meals from the screened porch which overlooked the river. We were so excited to see dolphins from the porch!! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated!! Looking forward to another visit to Folly Beach!!!
