Vacation rentals in Charles River

I had a wonderful stay at this historic home. I was in Plymouth for work at it felt like I was walking up and coming back to a real home. Scott and team were wonderful. Everything was walkable, and if not a short drive. And not to forget—one of the most comfortable beds ever!! Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable and cozy, in a great part of the Cape. Kitchen has all you need, good set up for a couple or even small family. One note, not a huge problem: the fireplace is only ornamental. Bed is comfortable, might be too soft for some. Very helpful and friendly host, gave clear instructions but respected privacy. Thanks so much!

It’s was great place I just wish it had 2 restrooms but I know Rhode Island doesn’t have many homes like that I was totally satisfied

Hard to put into words how magical this property is!! My best friend and I felt swept away to a magical place in time. The home itself is obviously a beautiful piece of history, but it also has been curated by Stephenie and Chase in the most beautiful way that is comfortable and modern yet still holds true to its history. Every part of the trip and stay was seamless. We went during winter and it was perfection! We were within walking distance of so many options and we never had to drive more than seven minutes for anything at all that we wanted to do! It was the perfect getaway! We will definitely be doing it again at the Cottage on the Cape! Thank you Stephenie for being the BEST hostess! ♥️

In my five years of using Airbnb I haven't had communication as spot on as this. They have a lovely home and a great attitude. Their home was clean, cozy and most importantly warm for this time of year.

Ariana was a super responsive and lovely host! The house was perfect for my family and I as a place to celebrate my brother’s birthday over the long weekend. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

We had another great stay at Maria's. It was our third trip to her Airbnb. We always find her home super easy, clean, and comfortable. And Scituate is adorable. This time we had one small issue which Maria handled immediately - even at 10pm - and sent help that fixed the issue within an hour.

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again.
