Nice accommodation, well located. Nearby spot on adjacent streets. We will rent this place again without any problem. 😇 The only downside: my mom would have needed wifi that is not yet installed in the listing (despite the indication in the listing). If you are at orange with a basic package you will not capture much. Thank you

Very pleasant setting at the entrance to Ruelle Sur Touvre, right next to a bus stop to Angouleme, ideal for the festival! The accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped, no noisy neighbors, the nights were very relaxing! The area lacks a shop or grocery store, but if you've done your shopping well in advance it's not such a big problem.

Modern apartment, tastefully renovated and located in the heart of Cognac. Nearby businesses offer you a huge choice for food. You can get everywhere on foot. I've never seen such a clean airbnb. Great! I arrived from abroad without a French phone and the check-in went very well because Anthony and Virginia are very proactive in their communications. The apartment has a dryer. Very convenient and relatively rare in airbnb. I would recommend it in a second.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in the Terrace Apartment which was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The supplied cold water and milk were so helpful as it meant we could make an emergency cup of tea to start our day before heading to the supermarket! All toiletries and tea and coffee supplied! Would definitely stay again.
