Vacation rentals in Chapman

We spent 2 nights in the spring to participate in the crane migration. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the house as it was comfortable for our group. We made the 30-45 minute drive to the river blinds at both the Crane Trust facility as well as the Audubon Rowe Sanctuary. Scott was great in his communications and the place is so fabulous. Hopefully will get a chance to stay again.

We really felt lucky to stay at this location during a work conference in town. One morning the ducks and geese literally had a parade on the lake out back. Pretty cool!

We went for a wedding, and their backyard is beautiful. The bridesmaids and the bride were able to get ready and take pictures in the backyard. Thank you very much. Very relaxed environment, my kids enjoyed the heated pool and their own space. There’s not a full kitchen, but a grill that we used as well.

This is our third time staying at this location and we are always very comfortable at the home. Very clean & lots of space. We appreciate a home that allows our dogs so much, and had a fenced in yard. FYI for those with smaller dogs, the fences panels on the paved part of the yard don’t go completely to ground level, so just be aware of this before letting them into the yard. We just made sure to always be in the yard with them, or on a leash. We’ve always stayed in the home around Christmas time so it would be nice to one day stay during the summer to be able to enjoy the pool! Thanks for the enjoyable stay once again.

Shad and Ceann are excellent hosts! Always take the time to make sure we have everything and are very communicative if something is missing. The house is great if you have groups or just a few people staying individually there - looks just like the pictures.

Jarilyn was great from the beginning! I messaged her about the number of people because we had 2 that were unsure. She was so accommodating and immediatey invited me to book! She also had some recommendations on things to do in grand island! House was very clean and uncluttered and beds were very comfortable! Thank you Jarilyn! Will stay here again for sure!
