An incredible space to relax and feel at home. Angelo was very helpful with everything we needed. The Saturday market is amazing just down the street. We'll be back if we go back to Cochabamba.

The houses are nice, well equipped, very clean, enough dishes etc for everyone, the hot water worked very well in the showers. It is a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful small house. Perfect for small groups. We really liked the decoration. Every room has its own personally. It’s a very authentic and creative space. What we liked the most is that it has a spacious patio and garden with sitting spaces in different areas in the house. We didn’t feel like we were trapped between for walls like in those mono ambientes and studio apartments. We could actually walk freely and enjoy the time inside the house! Very clean house and very friendly host! We sure be back!

Emilio and his family are very kind and happy people! the garden is really beautiful and cared for....!! the kitchen is clean and well equipped! it's easy and cheap to get to the house from cocha center by minivan 131, good to be out of the busy center, not walking distance though. the only thing we could say is that the neighbourhood has too many dogs which bark quite a bit at night....... other than that it was a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend it!

The Apartment is exactly like the picture, spacious and clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with a market in walking distance and a park right outside the house. Pablo has been responsive and welcomes you with local recommendations. We would come back, thank you for the good time!

The apartment is very cozy, clean and comfortable. The social areas are great. The neighborhood is very good, there are minimarkets and pharmacies within the 1 block perimeter, it is close to the Cine enter and restaurants. Incredible view. Highly recommended!!!
