A very nice apartment, tidy, clean, with all the things to live in, the garage is very safe. The area is quiet and safe. The hosts offer all the necessary information and are very friendly.

Everything was great. The place felt like home. Everything is clean, neat and very comfortable. It felt very safe and with a great view. The host 100 points is always attentive and asking how I could help. Everything is excellent. I'm sure if we go back to Cocha, we'll be back to the same place.

Emilio and his family are very kind and happy people! the garden is really beautiful and cared for....!! the kitchen is clean and well equipped! it's easy and cheap to get to the house from cocha center by minivan 131, good to be out of the busy center, not walking distance though. the only thing we could say is that the neighbourhood has too many dogs which bark quite a bit at night....... other than that it was a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend it!

Excellent house. It is really a spectacular home with wonderful views and amenities. It has been built in a high location, so the views of the city are just breath taking. The several gathering areas are cozy. There's a karaoke area in the terrace with disco lights and beatiful views of the city. Juan Carlos was an excellent host in every way. He always responded quickly to our requests. I will recommend this wonderful home for any group of people looking to make long lasting good memories. My group and I had a wonderful time and we will be back again for sure. Thank you so much Juan Carlos for the wonderful stay and for being such an attentive host.

The Apartment is exactly like the picture, spacious and clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with a market in walking distance and a park right outside the house. Pablo has been responsive and welcomes you with local recommendations. We would come back, thank you for the good time!

Although we didn't actually stay at this location, the host Mauricio was very responsive and helpful and in answering our questions. He went above and beyond to even accommodate us in another location with a more desired amenity. Wish we could've stayed, but the host was great!
