The structure of the house is complete, with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The decor is very tasteful and we realize the care in every detail. The location is also a strong, quiet spot. We only spent a day, but it was a wonderful experience and we really felt at home. Rogério's house is within a quiet condominium, in the center of Lençóis close to everything. The house was extremely clean 🤩 and very comfortable. The village had a gallon of water available, trash bags, cleaning supplies. I recommend the house to those who enjoy a nice weekend in sheets!

If you're going to Chapada Diamontina this is THE place to stay. A beautiful home with so much to offer. Pool, bar, grill, fire pit, sun bathing, close to Chapada Diamontina and less than one mile from city center. We loved it and didn't want to leave. If we get a chance to come back we will 100% book this home.

simple house according to the listing, but very cozy, the high point was the relationship with Cecilia and Pretinho, a couple of wonderful people, who helped us in everything even with the company on some tours, an ideal place for nature lovers like me, a place where you wake up to the singing of birds, where silence reigns calm and peace, we stayed for a month and we leave wanting to stay longer. Just not to say that everything is perfect, the access, that is, the path from the house to the village of Capão, 4 km. it is dirt and not very well taken care of, a tall car is good, but the low car is a little difficult, but there is still an option ( taxi, and Moto-taxi) in short, when we return to Capao it will definitely be in the house of Cecilia and Pretinho

Antonio was always extremely kind during our stay and very generous with our check-in and checkout. the house is very beautiful and corresponds well to the advertisement. The garden is an excellent resting place. I will be back for sure!

The stay was excellent! The house is very pleasant, the neighborhood is quiet, the perfect location and has a beautiful view. I found the cost benefit wonderful and I thought the description and the photos are accurate. Kailane is very attentive and communication was always quick and effective. I highly recommend and would certainly return.

Simple yet very cozy house. It is in the center of sheets near some trails and waterfalls , I did everything on foot without needing a car .

We stayed for four days and three nights at the listing. From the first contact Mr. Arivan proved very helpful and kind. He indicated to us a guide who offered a discount on the tours. We arrived in sheets around 11 am, we texted him requesting an early check-in and he promptly answered! It cleared the entrance for us. Super clean house, extremely smelling and holds very well 4 people. Air-conditioning in the two bedrooms, smartv, stove, oven, sandwich, has it all!!! We sleep well every day. The upper house has an independent staircase, so you will have no contact with other guests. On the day of the departure we took a tour, asked if there would be another guest's entrance, in case we had to carry the suitcase, and he said that we did not then ask him to let us out a little later, without blinking he authorized it! For these and others my stay was perfect. I'm already dying to go back to sheets and I'm definitely going to stay there.

Great place for group of 10-12 people. It was five of us and we had amazing time for the nye. Above all, kitchen has so many appliances that it really helped a lot with cooking and doing bbq. Place is so quiet and peaceful, it really has a backyard with so many amazing visitors like birds of Chapada Diamantina and mammals. FYI: while the place is amazing, there are mosquitos, but the house provides the utilities to deal with them.

The house is excellent and the atmosphere very quiet. Large rooms with a nice spacious mattress and bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and a green area around the entire house that leaves a very pleasant climate! The house is rustic and at the same time modern and very well cared for. Dona Luanda provided a very good assistance on the cell phone and Mrs. Marizete, her secretary, welcomed us very well and provided all necessary assistance in person! The access road was bad because of the rains… but it was quite short until we got to the main road, we did not have a huge problem!

The house is simple but very nice and spacious and it is just a 2 minutes walk to the restautants. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the little garden!

We spent very quiet days in the red house! It is a simple house, but very comfortable and with great cost benefit. The location is good as it is possible to walk to the center of Lençóis, but it is also far from the noises of concerts and nightlife of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and communication with Suane is quite fast. We went during the parties of São João and we enjoyed a lot. Has a backyard with plenty of green, plants, trees and gardens, providing a very welcoming environment.

Michela is a love of person, very attentive and helpful, helped us in everything we need, including with restaurant and service directions. She and Stefano were amazing! there is a slope to get to the street, but it is very close to the center, where the restaurants and shops are. We find locomotion quiet, even without a car. We use a taxi only to go up with the bags, but it is important to point out if someone has any motor difficulties. we love the stay and we will definitely be back!!!!! thank you Michela and Stefano 🩷
