Karen was super responsive and the Airbnb was exactly as described. We loved the fenced in yard for our pup to run around in. Very comfortable stay!

As a repeat guest at the Cottage, it was great to come back to familiar surroundings. The house instructions were clear and hadn't changed from our last stay. Tori was extremely helpful with a last minute booking (less than 24 hours!) and even worked with me on my length of stay. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage & Tori is a fantastic host!

The house is cute and very suitable for a family to live. It's close to UIUC and very convenient if you want to visit the campus often. The furnitures are modest but enough for every day use.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb during our cross-country trip, and it was an absolute delight. The thoughtful touches the hosts provided made our overnight stay genuinely perfect. We were greeted with various amenities, including popcorn, coffee, and a selection of toiletries that catered to all our needs. The location of the Airbnb was ideal for us. Nestled in a tranquil area, it provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of travel. Yet, its proximity to the highway was a convenient bonus, allowing us easy access for our ongoing journey. Just so you know, the yard is unfenced, and the neighbors have a dog. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know if you’re bringing pets or small children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stopover.

Ben is really friendly and super helpful to online requests and queries. The street and superb are very quiet and peaceful, but just a 10 minute walk from downtown.

Perfect location in tree lined west Urbana a few blocks from the U of I campus. Cute home that is perfect for a family. Large dining room with lovely wood built ins and a huge table, cozy living room with a smart TV. Small but efficient and well stocked and laid out kitchen. Very kind, accommodating and helpful hosts.

Lia was a fabulous host - I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. She was even kind enough to give me a ride from the train station! I felt more like I was visiting a friend than staying in an AirBnB. If something had gone sideways with my trip, I have no doubt Lia would have reacted as if I was her responsibility. The yellow roses through out the house were a lovely touch - so glad I found her listing!

Stayed for a family wedding, back yard was private, plenty of patio furniture for us to enjoy the back yard. Large home, plenty of space for everyone. Lots of board games for us to enjoy family time. Near my family, short drive to grocery and downtown.

We selected PJ's property based on convenience to the various locations involved in my daughter's wedding and her desire to be based in a home rather than a hotel for wedding day preparation, but PJ's home was more than that. The mid-century home was beautiful and inviting, calming the nerves of a stressful bride and parents. The accommodations were comfortable and the family members who visited while we were staying for the weeding felt at home and were impressed by the property. This airbnb listing is highly recommended!
