We just stayed at Rhonda's for the weekend during a quick trip to watch our son run in a meet. The house was cozy, clean, and felt more like staying at the house of a friend than a rental. She had a basket of snacks and other personal touches that made a difference. The beds were comfy, the towels FLUFFY, and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and appliances beyond the bare minimum. Our dog has plenty of space to play inside, and we enjoyed walking her in the yard and a little around the neighborhood. We especially appreciated her flexibility with dates as we didn't know which day our son's event was when booking. We can't wait to come back again in April. Thank you so much Rhonda!

As a repeat guest at the Cottage, it was great to come back to familiar surroundings. The house instructions were clear and hadn't changed from our last stay. Tori was extremely helpful with a last minute booking (less than 24 hours!) and even worked with me on my length of stay. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage & Tori is a fantastic host!

This is a great little house! We appreciated the fenced yard for our dog, although no one stayed out long in the near zero cold! 😆 The bed is comfy, everything was clean and in excellent condition. Much nicer than some of the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. I would definitely recommend it, and will return if we are in the area again.

An excellent choice for accommodating a large group, providing a cozy and welcoming space for gatherings. We had a fantastic Chinese New Year celebration, enjoying the big TV, a delicious hot pot dinner, and fun board games.

We were in town for a funeral. The house was perfect, super clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. Will stay again if in the area. Thank you so much Karen!!!

Our Airbnb was perfect for my family of 6 (+ baby). Very clean, good beds, lots of extra towels and linens, plenty of cookware, and a good sized living room area for hanging out. The host was very responsive and kind when I reached out. We really enjoyed our stay here together and would highly recommend to anyway staying in the Champaign-Urbana area!

We came to town for a wedding. Originally from Tolono but still have family in area. We were completely satisfied with bnb and area. As we will be returning again in about 9 month's. I truly hope we are able to rent it again.

Great location and comfortable

Perfect location in tree lined west Urbana a few blocks from the U of I campus. Cute home that is perfect for a family. Large dining room with lovely wood built ins and a huge table, cozy living room with a smart TV. Small but efficient and well stocked and laid out kitchen. Very kind, accommodating and helpful hosts.

Apartment is in a quiet historic neighborhood close to the university. Modern appliances, great decor, comfortable bed, personal parking spot. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for Homecoming with U of I Alumni. The house was nicely updated and had a hip vibe. The furniture and design were cool, and the kitchen was up-to-date and modern, though we did not cook at home. The house had an office with its own bathroom, which was one of the many unique features. The home matched the description well, and the neighborhood was quiet and full of families. We would stay again.

Stayed for a family wedding, back yard was private, plenty of patio furniture for us to enjoy the back yard. Large home, plenty of space for everyone. Lots of board games for us to enjoy family time. Near my family, short drive to grocery and downtown.

We spent the Christmas holidays at Elizabeth's and felt right at home. There is plenty of space for our family of 7 and our dog. The kitchen is well stocked, enough for us to make a delicious Christmas dinner. The location couldn't be better with a wonderful bakery (Hopscotch) just 2 doors down and lots of walkable streets to walk the dog. The home also felt very cozy with lots of places to read books, nap, do puzzles and watch tv. We would highly recommend Elizabeth's place again.

We selected PJ's property based on convenience to the various locations involved in my daughter's wedding and her desire to be based in a home rather than a hotel for wedding day preparation, but PJ's home was more than that. The mid-century home was beautiful and inviting, calming the nerves of a stressful bride and parents. The accommodations were comfortable and the family members who visited while we were staying for the weeding felt at home and were impressed by the property. This airbnb listing is highly recommended!
