I felt completely at home in this apartment. It was very clean and functional, with a good sense of space. It was more or less walking distance to the IFEMA conference centre. It’s located in a business district that feels safe, but there’s not that much around in terms of restaurants, etc. But overall a good choice and I’d book it again.

This place was perfect, it’s small but very well equipped. It’s really clean and in a very central location to great restaurants and shops. The air b and b is quiet and very secure so a perfect stay all round for us

If you're looking for a small but highly functional place plunk in the middle of the busiest area of Madrid yet surprisingly peaceful - this is it! Javier is extremely responsive and friendly, making all interactions easy and fluid. Many of the principal cultural destinations: the Prado, the Reina Sofia, the Thyssen-B, the Teatro Real, Plaza mayor etc are within a 15-20 minute walk, and always a pleasurable one.

We enjoyed our stay at Marco's apartment. The flat itself has a beautiful and modern interior design that we enjoyed a lot and Marco himself seems like a great host - helpful, caring and proactive with his recommendations. However, if you will be in need of a late check-in, be sure to contact him in advance and figure out if he's okay with that. We had some misunderstandings here but together we managed to solve everything quite efficiently.

had everything needed, even for long stays. important to note that the temperature in Madrid was very low reached -2°C and the heating of the apartment was perfect and that was super important for us. thank you Nicasio

Had a fantastic stay at Fifi’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Fifi was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Very good apartment, all the amenities described were present and functional. Self check-in at the desired time using a lockbox. Close to La Vaguada shopping center and 6 minutes' walk to the metro, fast to reach the center of Madrid. A small negative for noise disturbances, we could hear the neighbors all night. I recommend

Spacious apartment, fully equipped, quiet area and spectacular terrace although we could not enjoy it in the rain. We had difficulty seeing the usual canals.

The stay is very good, very clean and good communication. The perfect location, very close to the Movistar arena. We had a problem because the internet connection had been interrupted and they tried to fix it super fast. I recommend staying at this place.

David gave us a lot of information next to the place, which communicated smoothly.The house is in the local residential area, the surrounding area is safe, fully equipped, good value for money, very worth recommending.

I can’t say enough good things about Al and my experience with him! He is super hospitable and very kind, super friendly as well. The location was fantastic, 5 minute walk to Gran Via, and surrounded by small pubs or restaurants all around. There are some 24 hour convenient stores which were great. He has super clear instructions and is incredibly responsive and helpful. He is super considerate right off the bat, was greeted by a bottle of champagne, chocolate, fresh orange juice, water and milk. He had some recommendations on what to do that was nearby, and was just an overall fantastic vibe. 💕

The experience in El Empedrado de M. G. has been great, I can't put a complaint on it. Communication with Marta has been very fluid, and also Marta is a great host who was always at our disposal. We made a couple of welcome 'pools', typical Colmenar de Oreja mouthpiece that was very rich, and the house had everything you could need (the kitchen was equipped with everything and had salt, oil, sugar...). The house was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get cold either, and the TV was big and looked great. One 10 a stay!

Awesome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent a month and a half at Natalia's place and it was like being at home. House close to all public transportation and supermarkets. Quiet area. The photos of the house match the reality. Everything is perfect. Thanks!!

A very enjoyable stay, we loved the neighborhood and the metro station was close by.

Plenty space in apartment, several big supermarkets around, apartment near metro, place not crowded and have beautiful parks in two steps from apartments. Natalia was ready to help with any requests!
