The place was wonderful! Very close to the center, yet not as hectic. Quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is great! Nice heating, nice sound isolation, beautiful rood windows that bring in a lot of light. All the needed amenities are there. And finally Carmen is wonderful, super responsive and helped us solve certain problems very quickly. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The place matches the photos and has everything you need for a short or long stay. A short walk to Gran Vía and very well connected to all areas of the city. Communication with David was very good and he helped us with all the questions we did. Thank you!

Extra stay at Fifi's! The accommodation is charming and super well-equipped. Fifi recommended lots of good places to us, which we were able to test and approve. The neighborhood is super nice, restaurants and tapas nearby, Madrid city center (Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, etc. ) within easy walking distance We highly recommend the listing:-) Thank you Fifi;-)

We loved our accommodation and really appreciated its central location. The neighbourhood is beautiful, has all sorts of restaurants, cafes and small businesses, and is within easy walking distance of everything we came to see: the Prado & Reina Sofia museums, Retiro, Sol, the Rastro. Alicia took good care of us with many suggestions for local places of interest. Highly recommended!

Isabel and her family are very kind, they make you feel at home. As for the place, everything is very clean and has everything you need.

Very good apartment, all the amenities described were present and functional. Self check-in at the desired time using a lockbox. Close to La Vaguada shopping center and 6 minutes' walk to the metro, fast to reach the center of Madrid. A small negative for noise disturbances, we could hear the neighbors all night. I recommend

We have stayed at several of Goretes apartments and love them all.. This is one of her newer ones and it really was an oasis of peace and quiet in a lively and fun neighborhood..fully stocked pantry, which we love though we ended up eating nearly all our meals at the great places on the street. Casa Alberto cannot be missed! The Vietnamese place nearly next door is fun for takeaway at night if you've overdone it at lunch, The bed is amazing.. we want one...Finally Alicia who meets and greets is always so welcoming and helpful.. Of course we will Happily be back.

full apartment, has everything you need to spend a few days. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. 5 minutes from a metro stop and with bars and supermarkets nearby. Totally recommended to spend a few days in Madrid

We had a great stay at Al's place. The flat was spacious, quiet, tasteful, practical and very comfortable. The king size bed was super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was practical. Al was a great host. Always prompt and helpful in communication. Gave us very good tips about Madrid and local attractions. We felt well looked after. The flat is located in a trendy part of Madrid and a short stroll takes you to all the museums and other attractions. Several trendy shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. We had a great time in Madrid. Thanks Al!

Wonderful place all around with 24/7 service via text for anything needed. very attentive hosts in a wonderful neighborhood with a lot of character. i sidnt find the location to be noisy at all due to it not being too too close to any bars or anything. Overrall would definitely recommend staying with mariano.

I had a great stay at this place. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything you need, including a functional kitchen, a large bathroom, air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. In addition, its location is ideal, with a shopping center and supermarkets very close and the metro station just a 2-minute walk away. I would definitely recommend it.

Functional apartment perfect for what I needed. I was there for a couple of months and everything ok. Clean clothes every week and very easy communication.

Charly (ie. Carlos for the intimate jajaja), was very attentive. When we arrived we were well attended, the room is very good and beautiful. Of course, you can hear the other inhabitants a little, but nothing that is too bothering. Finally, the site has a square with a viewer well frequented by families and people with puppies. Carlos is a lot of good people.

Good accommodation, value for money, it meets the description. Alex was a very helpful and pleasant person at all times showing respect at all times. I would totally come back!
