Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Chamarajanagar

Mr. Sri Ram was a great host, we had a great stay at his accommodation. over all a good experience.

Loved the weekend here !! This place is very close to the city but also secluded, perfect for a weekend getaway.

We came there as a family of 5 and it was just the perfect getaway for us. The house is beautifully made and has an amazing view. Amenities wise everything was top notch and there was nothing that we needed which wasn’t available , the two caretakers were so prompt and helpful at every stage of our stay, its rare to meet such people and just within 4 days they made us feel so much at home. Will definitely recommend and will surely visit again.

About the place: The place is just right for a small family or couple who love nature. We haven’t faced any disturbance and inconvenience during the stay. Literally in between nature. Grab a cup of tea/coffee and see Cauvery flowing peacefully from the verandah. We have visited with small kids and it was a great experience for them as well. About the host: Mr Samynathan’s guidance and clear instructions made our stay even more comfortable. He’s very responsive, organised and coordinating in nature.

Murali's place is perfect to rest and rewind in Kotagiri. Beautiful property with plenty of green spaces, sits in the middle of a valley and surrounded by tea plantations. The place is clean, spacious and well furnished, just as shown in the pictures. Murali is a wonderful host, one of the nicest people you will ever meet and super fun to hangout with. He made our stay very comfortable, gave us good recommendations too. The caretaker/cook Priya cooked delicious meals for us. Her food and hospitality will surpass that of any hotel/resort for south indian food. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Murali's place, and I would highly recommend it. Happy trails! 🙂

We stayed here for three nights, and our experience was among the best of staying in airbnb homestays. The manager, Nelson, was very helpful, and the cook, Mary, was excellent. The property is beautifully located on the slope of a hill overlooking the forested hills. One evening, while coming back, a leopard crossed our way. This may be rare and can happen when the property is right at the edge of a forest. But you need to be careful walking out your pet when it is dark. One minor complaint is that when we booked, I understood from the listing that the whole cottage would be ours. But when we checked in, only one room was given to us. We were three adults and one dog. The room had enough beds, and we didn't complain. But I wish the communication would be clearer to set the expectation right.
