Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chalonnes-sur-Loire

Very nice welcome and impeccable house decorated with care and minimalist in the sense that there is everything you need and no frills! We are comfortable and there is a lot of room for 5/6...everything is well thought out, we do the selective sorting and we even have extra products like coffee, sopalin...everything is appreciated! The hosts are charming, available and very kind!

Very charming house, with spacious ground floor between open kitchen, dining and lounge. It is located in the heart of old St Florent, right next to the abbey (without being too close, so not disturbed by the bells). The rooms are relatively, large, and the garden is nice, landlocked, and therefore protected from the wind. Great for meals in the sun even in October when the sun wanted to join us! Please don't forget to bring linens and linens for bedding. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was very pleasant and we will rent this cottage again with pleasure. We may have expected a larger kitchen/living area, but the size of this double room is satisfactory. Lovely bedrooms, good bedding, nice bathrooms. Clean and well kept house. A few things about the kitchen -, adding a few welcome utensils - and the duvets have been reported in Sondèss. Peaceful environment. Bus to Angers 3mn walk and large well-stocked Leclerc 4mn walk. The small garden + barbecue are certainly a real plus on sunny days. This cottage is close to 5 stars, you won't be disappointed!

Perfectly located in a neighborhood rich in restaurants and bars. Close to everything to visit the city of Angers. The amenities in the accommodation are perfect and sufficient to be self-sufficient during the stay. The most, the security of the residence!

Perfect but it wasn't a big surprise. The apartment was as we left it two years ago. Very functional for a family of four. many businesses nearby. Downtown is accessible by bus and tram at the foot of the building. Or on foot.... Angers is not that big:-) Thanks! Fam Bourge, Stuttgart, Germany

Another great stay at Soazig's, nothing more to say that we stay there every time we travel to Angers, I think it's the best guarantee of quality.

Spacious and very well equipped apartment. The folding bed is very convenient for a toddler. There was everything you needed in linens and the comfort was there. Nicolas was very responsive to our requests. I recommend it.

Julie's apartment is very well located not far from the city center, the place is very quiet and the balcony is an undeniable bonus. Everything was very clean and comfortable, including the kitchen and living room part in which we spent most of our time!
