Pleasant stay, very quiet environment, my family and I loved it really to be done again 🥰

Dimitris and his wife are very hospitable ,and their house is fantastic . I would not recommend it to a group of three couples because it has two rooms, but for a group of friends or families it is ideal. The place is very beautiful and has a lot of activities nearby for nature lovers. We went skiing for skiing and strolling in Prespes. We will definitely prefer it again, different time next time, to see the same places another time of year. We thank them for their hospitality.

Helena apartment was nice cozy place Good location, evrithing was to close from the house, bars ,restaurants,pazar of Korça. Parking was in front of the building with CCTV 👍 I like that And Helena helped me a lot a bout instructions for the house and how to find it.

Has a well stocked kitchen utensils and kitchen facilities beautiful yard to sit in with privacy close to all amenities small shop across the way and a Spar supermarket . about a 8 to 10 min walk into town . Patriot is a perfect host and always responsive when needed highly recommend this place to stay .

Good place for family...private car park..about 2 km from city centre....Air conditioned ...clean place..recomended..

This house is higly reccomended for groups of people. Nice place, with separate bedrooms+bathrooms, and a central living room with a fireplace and commot kitchen.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.
