Our stay was great. we wanted peace and quiet and that is what we got.

Very nice location on the beach. Many restaurants and vendors. host very helpful.

Very nice area with several nice neighbors who owned their houses at Safir Village. Well kept area. The pool is really as close as it looks like in the photos. Clean and clear water in the pool. It felt in tw like a rental house, without it felt like someone's home. the beds in the guest room were a bit hard.

The property is recommended and can be used by all ages. There are certainly a few points in every house, but it was nothing that would have affected the stay. Arun and family were always very quick to respond to questions and offered help immediately if something didn't work out at the first step. Most of the time we had just misunderstood something like WiFi code or control of the air conditioning. We would love to come back again and again.

It’s a Very Good and beautiful villa. Nice stay with it and the renter is very nice and helpful. We have any questions they will help us as soon as possible. Really nice stay !

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

Alex is a great host who was always quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is large enough for a family and offers everything needed. Even though the decor is outdated, everything is working perfectly. I've been there with my older parents who felt very comfortable. The area is also a bit touristy but mainly here are many Thais on the beaches on weekends which is very pleasant. The beaches are always quite empty, even on weekends as the Thais, especially the women, do not like to go into the water and prefer to sit on the beach in the shade of the trees so as not to get brown and darker. The rooftop pool is great and the elevator worked flawlessly. The whole complex is very well maintained. A brown area is nearby and sometimes events take place there with concert and many food stalls, which is a highlight. I'd love to come back.

We had a great stay here. Would definitely be back and were actually pretty sad when we had to leave. The Airbnb is perfect for working remotely, even with an extra screen (HDMI connection). It's quiet, spacious, super modern, 10-15min walk away from the ocean and 7/11. There is a pool to use and laundry for 40 bhat. So everything here you need for a nice stay :)

Very nice condo opposite the quiet and clean beach. Lots of places to visit in the area as well not far from beachside bars and restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable with plenty of kitchen utensils, nice soft lighting and plenty of power sockets and hangers. Very good communication and interaction with and from the host. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Aim’s place. The apartment is conveniently just across the road from the beach (which is clean and chilled out). It’s very quick and convenient to use an app to catch a taxi to the local piers, so the boats to Samet Island can be accessed easily. The location has a relaxed vibe, but is still fairly lively with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Aim was one of the most attentive and friendly hosts I’ve dealt with - he was always on hand when we needed any help. We'd happily stay at Aim’s place again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Apichai’s apartment. We had everything we need: washing machine, equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning and an amazing view from a big balcony/deck. You could hear the waves if you sleep with open doors. There is a great pizza place with a very tasty pizza in the same building as well as bakery shop with fresh bread and buns every morning. 7/11 is 10 min away and the authentic Thai restaurant is around the corner. The beach is clean and quiet. It is a paradise on earth. The owner was very kind to us. He even bought a new comfy couch for the living room while we were staying there. We definitely would love to come back.

Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. My wife and I had a wonderful time in this quiet area. The apartment looked modern and newly renovated. It was very clean and during our stay we could easily use the service for cleaning the building management for only 150 THB. The balcony offers a beautiful view and we also liked the smart TV very much. All at a fantastic value for money. We will be happy to come back. Thanks a lot!
