Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Chacarita

Fermins place was in the heart of Palermo, we were in walking distance to everything in the district which is exactly what we wanted for the time there. He was attentive, flexible and gave us great recommendations. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to stay in the Palermo area .

The house is very linda and spacious! Good scent and clean! It has a very good terrace to enjoy meetings! The neighborhood is safe. Hosts are quick to respond and good communication! Highly recommended, home!

Excellent place in Palermo SoHo! Quiet and safe + near a few local restaurants/convenience stores that were very useful. Easy to walk anywhere else in Palermo. Everything was as described, host was responsive and very helpful. Terrace was a huge plus! Would stay again.

Authentic historical BA house with eclectic artsy decoration. Quirky layout with most rooms around a partly covered central patio with huge functionnal parilla. Comfortable beds. Small kitchen. Well equipped. Various options for food supplies 2 blocks away. Hosts are very helpful and communicative. Very recommended.

Excellent stay. We were delighted. Ramiro is very kind and attentive. Always ready to address any issues. The place is beautiful, impeccable, much more so than the pictures. The grill and asados area is spectacular, it fulfilled its function and we pass it as a super rich family. The area super quiet and safe, very central, with many restaurants, markets, still lifes, shops and green areas very close by. Do not continue to look for accommodation options, this one has everything you need: 100% recommended.

Wow. We absolutely loved staying at this house in Palermo! We have two small children and the location was ideal— walkable to restaurants, playgrounds, shopping, and ice cream. There is even a free kids science center a block away. The house itself was impeccably maintained (we loved having Caro come to clean every week). There was so much space for our kids to play, both inside and outside. The kitchen was stockpiled with everything we could want. There were air conditioning units in every room, so even the hottest summer days were comfortable. The hosts are incredibly communicative and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Great location and beautiful house!

Everything clean and organized… very complete house, the wonderful condominium, with sauna, swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi … we love everything ,We stayed 10 days and would definitely come back, Francisco has always been available in what we need , recommend to everyone, excellent.

A cozy apartment with all necessary furniture and kitchenware. Very quiet and light studio with a lot of lamps. Super nice and picturesque park with lake nearby in 5 minutes walk and also few minutes walk to AV.Libertador. I would love to come back here by any occasion. Patty and Maria were very helpful with check-in and check-out. Especially rad thanks to Patty for helping me with my stuff and providing your help. Definitely 5 star marks.

Amazing stay! Apartment exactly as in the pictures, all very clean and smelling! Sensational location and very close to the main sights. Good garage with internal entrance to the building. Certainly will be my choice in a new trip to Buenos Aires

It is an excellent option! It has all the comforts to make your stay great, either by the implements that the Depto has, such as a dryer, iron, toilet paper, etc., up to the pisicina / pool and balcony that are definitely a plus! Thank you very much for everything 😊

Nice stay, the area is very good, very close to the super, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is good for long stays, the kitchen has everything you need. Sandra is the person who came once a week to change the sheets and towels, she is very nice :).

Perfect location in the best neighbourhood in Buenos Aires. Very lovely and spacious property. Kristoffer was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Booking and check-in was flexible and easy. Location was great in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Palermo. There were café, a supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within a 2 to 7 minute walk of the apartment. I would stay here again the next time I came to Buenos Aires.

We went only 4 days and stayed wanting more, the place has an unparalleled peace, even the rainy days are beautiful in the place. The hosts super attentive to our needs and the super friendly landlord and also very attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Mirna and Bernardo's attention was impeccable. Mirna is super attentive and decisive with any questions and situations. The house is very well equipped and prepared for local light cuts as well as storms. It is very much enjoyed with sun and rain. The place is beautiful, in the middle of super vegetation and super quiet stream. The complexito has a pool and all the comforts super well cared for. Thank you!! I will be back :)

What a great stay it was! We escaped from the city for the weekend and clearly realized that we made the right decision soon Sandra and Juan welcomed us at their location. It was one of our greatest ever Airbnb experiences, and definitely we will get back again. Super friendly and welcoming hosts, great vibe at the place, very helpful with our needs, just great in absolutely everything!

We had the most magical getaway at Romi and Guille’s place! It was truly the highlight of our time in Argentina — the most fun and memorable weekend. Despite our late arrival, Romi and Guille welcomed us with kindness and patience. Accessing their place by boat was fun! And Guille showed us the local restaurants and shared insights about the area along the way. Their home is a beautiful, peaceful cocoon nestled in nature. The views were breathtaking, and the house was comfortable. We slept really well in the cozy bed—a real feat considering my boyfriend is a tall Dutch man with restless sleep! A special highlight was Guille proudly showing us the traditional asado oven he built himself. We also enjoyed sunbathing in the garden with borrowed chairs and took a magical sunset dip in the river. We’re a bit crazy, but we think we'd come back from Amsterdam just to spend another week with Romi and Guille at their place.

The house is very nice, just as seen in the photos. The area where it is very quiet, with little movement. SIn hesitating would stay again or recommend it.

We spent three amazing days in Luciana's house, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The place where it is located is spectacular and comes with everything you need to enjoy: docks, private beach and an amazing view! The house is too comfortable, clean and super equipped. Luciana's attention was excellent, and she is always attentive in our inquiries. Ideal to get off and reset. We will definitely be back in Geneva!
