Vacation rentals with a patio in Cha-am

This apartment is very relaxed and homey, and we really enjoyed our month long stay. The location is quiet and peaceful. Most of the tourists in the area are staying at the huge beachfront hotels so the roads are very quiet and local. We had a moped to get into the main town of Cha Am and Hua Hin, but there is a small street with a few restaurants nearby within walking distance as well. The condo building has the most incredible pool and a quiet gym. The apartment itself isn’t super modern but is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. We needed help from the host on 2 occasions and both times they were very responsive, polite and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would like to thank the hosts🙏🏼

The apartments are clean and cozy. They have everything you need for a long stay. Fast internet, furnished kitchen. The view from the window is incredible. But for your comfort, it is better to rent a scooter, as it is a bit far from the center. I would be happy to live there again, I recommend it to everyone.

Cozy and comfortable place. One of the newest condos in Hua Hin. Fuse did a great job to supply apartment with all necessary staff like toaster, coffee machine, etc. Two A/C are very efficient and quiet.

Great place to stay! We were absolutely delighted! Traveled with a child, so the separate private area of the apartment was just excellent, private access to the beach, lots of swimming pools and all clean. Sunbeds next to the pools and next to the beach. Very few people and it turned out to be a great vacation for the whole family. The apartment is just amazing! Sea view! The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything for life! Absolutely everything! Very large beds, clean bathtub and toilet. Two bathrooms, one for each room, is very convenient. All in all, it's a great place to stay in Hua Hin. Much better than staying close to the public city beach. The beach next to the apartment was large, clean, very pleasant to walk at low tide! And it's convenient to swim! The beach is very clean! There are several very good cafes nearby along the coastline! There is also a children's playground on the property. The host kindly provided an extra bed for the baby. In general, it's an IDEAL PLACE for a family vacation!

We stayed here with our infant and had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host Wisha is very responsive and she provides quick resolutions to everything with clear instructions. The apartment was spotless, well maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities, making the stay very comfortable. The kitchen had everything for a simple meal. The location was excellent with 1 min walk to restaurants and supermarket and 15 min walk to beach. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again on my second visit.

I chose this house because of Yan's value. I stayed for just seven days. The overall feeling is still good. The only drawback is that the location and the center of Hua Hin County and the beach are a little far away. Taxi is not very convenient, everything else is good.The host will check and fix it for the first time. I also helped us contact the rental car service. The people were very warm and polite. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I will come to Hua Hin next time.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Me and my kids really enjoyed a big pool. We spent 2 nights there. But not enough! Hope we can come back next time!

I'm so impressed by the host's taking care of the space and preparing the space so that the guest feels welcome. The place is impeccably clean, almost smelling new. Very thoughtful and thoughtfully designed with extras - dishes, all cleaning utensils, ironing board, strong dryer, balcony tables and even a yoga mat, shopping basket, flip flops and massage roll! A lot of accessories in the bathroom and nice surprises for guests to arrive :) Equipment like a high-quality hotel. The host is communicative and very kind. Great neighborhood. Small, clean gym and pool. In the lobby, coffee and food machine, working space. Clean shared bathrooms. The entire staff of the neighborhood is constantly cleaning, taking care of the garden. We had a great time staying here and would love to stay longer! Every guest should take an example of them (not every room in this neighborhood from other guests has been so polished - I saw our friends). Be sure to choose this one, I recommend it!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Natapadhs apartment. The check in was very easy and we found the room to be very clean , well equipped and super cosy and kid friendly. We got a lovely view of the ocean with a large balcony and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. Natapadh was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. :)

Wonderful host, spectacular place. I honestly can't say enough good things about the host or the high standards of the unit....just fantastic.

Tal was a fantastic host, could not have asked for better. Had a problem with the washing machine and it was replaced with a new one the very same day! Wow! Would never happen in the UK! She sent a lot of helpful advice on local restaurants etc and answered any questions we had very promptly which was appreciated. Tal booked our taxis to and from Bangkok. Very safe and experienced drivers. The apartment was well equipped with lots of unexpected extras including tea towels, wash up liquid, laundry and cleaning products,shower gel, shampoo, tissues, beach towels etc, etc. A great host. Others have commented on the location being near to a street of late night bars. This is true but if you close the windows at night, the noise is not audible, so no problem. As we stayed for a month, we booked the cleaners weekly. Great team and well worth the 600 baht fee as they do a thorough job. All in all, a lovely stay. Thank you Tal!

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

Family 2+1 infant POV Great place and neighbourhood for families. Kitchen has basic equipement, enough to prepare simple meals for our allergic. AC works. Washing machine in the flat. Weekly cleaning service is great to have during long term rental. Condominium area is well kept. Few shops and restaurants in the area, two big weekend markets within walking distance. Songtaew available on the main street. For 15 bath you can easily reach night market in the centre of Huanhin or always sandy beach at khao takiab. Host was very helpful regarding our special child related needs. Baby cot and feeding chair was arranged. Some beach toys are available as well. Would choose this place again.

What a fantastic stay in Hua Hin at Lin and Oly's place!. Truly a quiet and peaceful getaway, yet close to all of the incredible attractions in and around Hua Hin. Their guidebook covers everything, and makes it a very easy and welcoming stay. And they have everything you could possibly need for a great visit. Our favorite part was sitting out on the balconies, enjoying the nice breeze and stunning view. Pools are expansive and inviting...and the beach is now one of our favorites. We truly felt at home. Little things like live plants, and the lovely decor give it personality and warmth. A great quiet escape from Bangkok! Our stay was much too short...so we look forward to returning very soon! And extra bonus, the hosts are lovely people, which makes it all the more special to stay here!

The host went over and beyond to meet our needs. The location is very central to many attractions. The gym and pools were lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.
