Beachfront vacation rentals in Cha-Am Beach

This is a family trip which we spend lots of time looking for the place. Im so glad we found this place which fits perfectly for what we were looking for. The place is roomy, and all facilities work perfectly especially the aircon and water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table is a great place to gather around. The area is very peaceful however you will need a car to get around. My son asked if we can stay longer. 😊

Charming Thai colonial style beachfront pool villa. Very nice location away from the crowd. Host (Chonnikan) was great to communicate with and check in was easy as I was greeted by a most welcoming housekeeper (Pui). Has everything you would need for a getaway. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Outdoor kitchen for barbecues, pool table and to top it off, an awesome view of the ocean while lounging right by your own private pool. I would highly recommend this spacious home especially for large families.

Big, open room. Corner view with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of windows and daylight makes the room very pleasant. Can be a little noisy at night but that is part of the fun, being in downtown Cha Am.

For the third time in Hua Hin, stayed for four weeks, it felt best this time.Life and transportation are very convenient. It is very close to the sea. You can reach the beach in 2 minutes. I will come again next year.

Very nice and cozy apartment with all necessary facilities. The complex had many swimming pools which was very kid friendly. It was mostly high tides when we went so there wasn’t much of a beach front infront of the apartment complex, but it was walking distance to the Sheraton Hotel.. which had a big beachfront in the evenings. Nitcharee was very responsive from before check in, all the while during our stay, and up to check out. She facilitated us with extra amenities when needed as well . Great place, great host, highly recommend!

The entire house and the location was extremely beautiful. Also the hospitality from the host was great. Just that the private beach was almost 1.5kms from the house and not 700m as informed by the host. Also not many restaurant options for vegetarians and vegans around the property. We had to drive between 12 to 14 kms everyday to pickup our food because on Grab there were not many options for vegetarians and vegans. Also the 4G LTE + WiFi router (i.e. SIM card based router) provided by the host offered Internet connection whose speed was not that great. The download speed was between 8 to 10 Mbps while the upload speed was less than 1 Mbps based on our testing with Speed Test. Rest everything was great. Overall we had a fantastic experience staying at this property. Rush

Really lovely location, the views of the beach and landmarks were amazing. The staff at the apartment block were really helpful abd friendly. Lucksamon was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome.

We had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and very nice. We cooked meals every day and had everything we needed, and ate on the balcony. The property is great, with many pools and great facilities, right on the beach. It was also very quiet during our stay (March) which was nice. We rented a motorbike to get around and explore, but Grab is also available. The town of Huahin is a 15 min drive with large malls and supermarkets. There are limited walkable options, but things like 7-11, a few small restaurants, and a local market on wed/sun are within 10-15 minute walk.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Leena's place in Cha-am. The location is perfect, being right on the beach and beside the Sailing Club, and near enough a hut where you could have your daily massage fix. The unit has a fantastic view of the water, with the pool fronting the sea. We would wake up to see the waves, and drink to sunsets from her balcony. The photos on the website are accurate, although I'd say seeing the place itself was even more awesome. Our two sons especially loved it - the extra room had two beds which they preferred, and Vimanlay has a gym where they could work out. The bathrooms in the unit are spotless, we even had a welcome fruit tray, and we loved the convenience of getting drinking water from the front office. We cooked a few meals together - but could not forego the opportunity to have excellent Thai food for our dinners. Vimanlay is a short drive (or 16 minute walk) to the "village" where restaurants like Harry's (for excellent pizza and pasta) and The Village are located, as well as a bevy of massage places. This back route to Novotel is a quieter option than taking the highway. (Go visit the Gravity Bar at the Novotel too - has a great vista of Cha-am, being the highest bar in the area). Cha-am is about a 20-minute drive to Huahin - and from there, you add a few more minutes to get to the center of town due to the traffic. We certainly preferred to drive out to Huahin for our activities: kiting, golf, night market shopping, massages, etc. and then just do the relaxing drive back to Huahin. Closer to Vimanlay, you can visit the factory outlets or Santorini Water Park, or the ATV Park. If you're thinking of renting a vehicle, just arrange for it with Leena and the wonderful Vimanlay team. It was so convenient for us to move around this way - you may then just rent a van to pick you up from the place for the ride back to Bangkok (or wherever your next destination is). Of course the train in Huahin is also an option (we did arrive by the morning train on our first day), but we much preferred the more comfortable ride right up to our apartment in the Bangkok after our holiday. The Vimanlay is staffed by a very professional team, who made sure we enjoyed our stay. They kept the place clean, and anticipated all our needs. The security and maintenance folks were wonderfully pleasant and always had a smile for us. All in all, we had a wonderful family reunion, made especially so by having Leena's wonderful place as our base. Thank you, Leena for sharing your home with us :) we will be sure to stay at Vimanlay should we find ourselves again in Huahin.

It was beautiful, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to do. Great neighbourhoods.

Great stay! The host was very kind and even let me store my belongings for half a day, saving me from lugging my big backpack around. The electricity costs after 7 days were very reasonable. Also, waking up to monkeys outside the window in the early morning was such a fun surprise, the cutest little neighbors! Highly recommend!

Takahiko was responsive and helpful. The place was walking distance to the great night market and had a some good local bars and restaurants. The flat was clean and comfortable and the Aircon worked well. Highly recommended!

Convenient, cozy appartment in a modern complex right at the beach! We booked 12 nights with our two younger children and all expectations were met. Host is great and helpfull. Several restaurants, 7-Eleven and cafes are within walking distance; for everything else we booked transfers via app. Would stay here again.

Excellent location lovely place peaceful but great restaurants near by soi don 6 and bars far cheaper than main Hua Hin But 15 THB green bus take you into Hua Hin night market village market if you want busy so best of both worlds Beaches here far better than main beach The apartment is very well laid out lovely balcony for morning breakfast or early evening drink and cleanest I walked into in Thailand for a Long time Swimming pool is lovely and quiet great for swimming security is excellent and Guard on gate always greets you with smile I would give 10/10 if the gym had not let down I know this is beyond Annie's control but the equipment has been moved into the lobby as the office has take over the gym from what we could work out people were not using enough but as it is by the main entry door and seating area not at all user friendly you have to plug in running machine etc to use and children running around people trying to sit and chat the machine banging away so did use

Nice stay. Love the neighborhood. Other guests commented about difficulty of finding Airbnb, we actually found it easy. Probably don’t use taxi just use own GPS is better.

Wonderful and amazing

Always a pleasure to stay in Kao Takiab. This part of Hua Hin is quieter, more for families and retired ones. You can find everything you need with two 7/11 and one Tops grocery stores, many restaurants and coffee shops, and good Thai massages. You’ll find public songtaews to go to Hua Hin right at the end of the street. 15 THB per person, wherever you stop (Tamarind / Cicada - Blueport - Market Village - Night Market) . Transat on the beach is 50-100 THB per person, with WiFi and bathroom if needed. The condo is nice, moreover block B is quieter. Some transats should really be added though around the swimming pool, four are just too little! Besides the apartment itself is nice, with many welcoming amenities to make it cozier, and Adrian and his staff are always kind and quick to reply. The bathroom is just too dark, the light should be more powerful, and the AC smells. Pillows are a bit hard, but this might depend on people cervicales. Some details might be upgraded, but quite good!
