Tastefully remodeled house in a village of character with lots of charm. The house is very nice and is much better than the listing photos! The location is great for relaxing, walking and eating well. The locals are welcoming and showcase their terroir. There is a great restaurant in the village that combines authenticity and refinement. Most of the products are made on-site, including goat cheeses to fall off. Lara welcomed us with great kindness. She also has a ceramics workshop with pretty pieces and makes strawberry and rose products. This stay was a great discovery!

We were relentless for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb outside and even more inside with this beautiful fireplace. We had the impression of being at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share with you the local products and their beautiful region and to make you happy with small surprises of welcome. Our dogs loved the large garden and forest walks. Our only regret and not staying longer. Paola is a beautiful person who is always attentive to us and is impeccably responsive. We come back, that's for sure.

Great place to stay! Magnificent view!

There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Quiet but not isolated location, peace and quiet, mild weather even on New Year's Eve. Cozy house is not missing anything, a fenced garden and a terrace with a view. Walk directly from home. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We'll be back!🤩

I stayed here with a friend and our dogs, for the dogs it was really a paradise. The garden is gated and spacious, also private. There are some other dogs in the area, so they can respond to each other with the barking. From the house you can visit a lot of villages and towns, they are all super dog-friendly here. The bedrooms are spacious and the windows have a mosquito net, which I think is a big plus. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is spacious. We came for peace and excursions and we definitely got this.

We stayed in Nice for a week as a family and enjoyed the place there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including BBQ. 👍 Raphael was always quick and helpful to our questions, came by herself twice and even provided us with the private ping pong table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we only traveled by bus and train. We highly recommend this apartment from Raphael! 👍💪👌 Great!

The location is ideal in relation to various major cities (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) and the mountains. Furthermore, Patrick gives the necessary tips and useful descriptions for activities nearby. In addition, the pool is very clean to take a refreshing dip! Furthermore, the apartment has been quite refurbished with a new kitchen and cozy living room. In short, a great place to celebrate a vacation!

Very good stay with a Superb view of the Nice valley whether during the day or in the evening. The villa is lovely. We were hosted very well by Julie who takes care of these hosts. Doggies felt right at home. Thanks to Julie and Adrien.

It's such a shame to stay in a beautiful accommodation for one night ~ The host's thoughtful consideration is everywhere. Bedding, umbrella, warmth, there was nothing missing! In particular, there are the essentials we need, such as an electric rice cooker, scissors, and chopsticks, so it was a great place to stay for Korean travelers.Cute puppies and a great night view.A refreshing morning. Second stay at Federica's Villa and her family and the stay was wonderful. The house is equipped with all comforts , the outside and the pool are very well maintained and the pizza oven is super ! Friendly and responsive exchanges with the hôte and the walk in the nearby village is to be done to immerse yourself in the culture of the area! 100% recommended place!!!

The house has a magnificent view and is very peaceful and private! Even if the weather was not on our side, we managed to have a really good time!

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

Annalisa is kind and proactive. The house is clean and beautiful even internally, equipped with all the comforts. We also found home cleaning supplies . Casa Calda consider that we were in February. The indoor parking spot was very helpful. The outdoor space is very spacious and usable to eat outside with an umbrella and table is a nice gas barbecue. Everything is perfect, we'll be back again. The location is strategic for walking to the beach

Our stay allowed us to discover this very beautiful region, between hikes and walks on the coast we did not see the time spent! Host is responsive, good advice. The place is comfortable, everything is there for a good holiday. The terrace is well exposed to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet. A place to remember!

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

the stay in Graziella's house was super. From the first messages, she was available and responsive in all questions and requests. The area is beautiful and the house is immersed in an uncontaminated nature from which you can see a beautiful starry sky. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely return.

Our stay in Italy with Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful place that delighted us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We can only recommend this accommodation. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great holiday destination. We will certainly return.
