You have nothing to say about this house, 1000 note experience. House fully equipped with everything you need, ice machine and perfect barbecue and easy to use and clean, perfect pool for children and adults to rest and play, fenced space and ample for pets, the rooms have an insulation and great location and comfort with air conditioning and good beds, qm likes to party and is in people it doesn't bother you when you want to rest because the rooms are far from the gourmet areas, dam so you don't even talk perfect about the club is even more delicious, Alexandre is a 10 note all designed for an amazing hosting

Luciane, thank you for your stay , very comfortable home, 5 bathrooms extremely clean, had everything in the house, quiet place, great for walking , very top condominium, We're definitely coming back . The Detail in relation to the other condominium was the best to go down the Speedboat , as the ramp is good and has the pier very good and big .

Hosting exceeded expectations! The house is very welcoming and cozy. Super clean and smelly. All the towels and bed linens of great quality and tasty smell of cleaning. The location on the dam is special with breathtaking sunset. Josi is the cherry of the cake, tidies the house every day and prepares many delights in the kitchen. The village leaves everything organized for meals without any work at all. The host is very polite, serving us very kindly. We love and will return very soon.

The stay at Adalberto's home was excellent. The place is spacious, clean and pleasant. The house offers everything we need, from a pool with whirlpool to pool table, barbecue and kitchenware. The stay accommodates up to 12 people. Therefore, we recommend that you include everyone who will be on the spot at the time of booking. In our case, we added 7 people to the reservation and consider including more people during the stay, as the limit was 12. We thought this would not be a problem, but Adalberto informed us that if we wanted to add more people, we would be charged a fee of R$125.00 per person. This unmotivated us to call the people we had considered. So include everyone at the time of booking! As for the host, Adalberto was very flexible regarding check-in and check-out, extremely receptive and easy to communicate. He sent daily suggestions of restaurants and events by cell phone. Overall we love the experience!

The house is fantastic, accommodated everyone super well. It has a leisure area with barbecue and a wonderful pool, the party space with lights and sound was perfect for a new year's party. Marcelo an excellent host, always answering our questions and resolving what was necessary.
