Lovely host, was waiting for us when we arrived, this is the first time the fridge is also filled, we really felt welcomed, With the day of departure croissants for breakfast, The apartment has all the comforts you need with a large balcony.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week in Simona's house, which was very welcoming, kind and helpful to us. The house, in addition to being very nice, is in a strategic location; on foot you can easily reach the beaches, and in a very short time you are in the center; in the street parallel to the house there are bars and clubs for the youngest. We had a great time and recommend it.

Very nice house with everything you need for a holiday as if you were at home. 3 minutes from the sea and 8 from downtown. Excellent communication. Come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paola Maria's apartment in Sanremo! The location could not have been better—right on the waterfront, with an incredible sea view that made every moment feel special. The apartment was beautifully clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Paola Maria’s communication was excellent, as she responded to my messages within minutes, making the whole process effortless. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the housekeeping lady, who took the time to explain all the details of the apartment and offered helpful local tips—she was incredibly kind and attentive. The apartment itself was spotless, and I felt completely at home throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sanremo, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The terrace is even better than on the pictures IMO. A really comfy flat in the heart of la Pigna. The view is top notch and having lunch on the terrace was a real delight. We'll come back for sure !

We had a good time, the apartment is equipped with all amenities, a balcony and a terrace above the apartment whose view of the gulf pays off of the small effort to do when walking the uphill street to reach the apartment. The owners are friendly and helpful.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

Beautiful, comfortable and very clean place. Very well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bathroom with washing machine. A very bright and well-kept environment. The house is in a good location, close to the sea and 300 meters from Pam supermarket. Overall very satisfied.

Very nice reception. Very good service with what we wondered, wrote to Daniela in the chat several times and she was always helpful and responded quickly. Located in quiet area with nice surroundings. Big plus with the bus to and from the city center that we with the help of Daniela could buy a bus card for. Absolutely recommended to others!

Very comfortable and clean apartment, very nice parking for parking. On the other hand, it's still far from the center, even for us who are walkers, it still takes 25 minutes to walk to the center on a not very pleasant road. But it's consistent with what was said and we had a lovely stay. On the host's advice, we visited beautiful villages around.

Cozy, stylish and very spacious apartment in very nice and well-kept surroundings! Everything very clean, private and tranquil. Free and uncomplicated parking right around the corner. Short distances to the beach, cafes and small nice vegetable and grocery stores - we felt very comfortable!

Cute little place, perfect for a visit to Finale Ligure. Didier is great host, very accommodating for some last-minute requests I had. The place is a 10-minute drive uphill from the center of finale ligure - away from the chaos of the town. The place has a beautiful view and has everything you need for a couple of nights. Recommended

I came to the Ligurian finals for a swimsuit race, I had a great time with my family, the little baby girl. Apartment is easy to find in the center of Pia di Finale Liguria with many opportunities for restaurants and Min beaches nearby

Hi !!! I really recommend this apartment. We came with my family. We had a great time!! I am very available!! 🔝 Under the apartment there is a convenient price supermarket making the card and 5 minutes there is the beach of choice, pebbles and sand, I recommend taking the walk of the lover a nice view

Very special, beautiful apartment with high rooms, well furnished. A minute walk next to the old town of Finalborgo - with all the pros and cons.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean. Very nice place above the village of Alassio with a great view from the terrace or the nearby church. As other guests wrote, it's quite tricky to get into the parking lot with a bigger vehicle.

Excellent stay! Responsive and very friendly host. Nice apartment with parking space, close to the beach and the pedestrian center. Excellent bedding, functional kitchen, nice terrace and hot tub! Recommended!

We stayed at ViP (Suite) for little over a week; great place with stunning views. Everything worked the way it should. The swimming pool was an obvious centrepiece for the kids and was highly enjoyed by all. Stefano was a great host and always available via phone or text. Parking was easy. Also, the Villa is a good starting point for day trips.

Great experience, beautiful accommodation with an exceptional view from the large terrace; Impeccable cleanliness, the two full bathrooms and the kitchen very well equipped. Silvia, the friendly and helpful host, also made us find everything we needed, coffee bread, milk water, for the first needs. Accommodation where we would be very happy to return and that we recommend to those who want to visit Sanremo. Thank you for everything Silvia and, we hope to see you again.
