As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

INCREDIBLE! Our experience at Villa Sensi was truly incredible. The Villa itself is even better than it looks in pictures and couldn’t have been more perfect for our first family trip with a 6 month old. You have everything you need and more onsite at the Villa and Spyros mum even changed towels and made the beds every single day, unbelievable service. Not only that we arrived to a beautiful homemade moussaka, a Greek salad, some wine and a few beers and then a couple of days before we left we got hand delivered a wonderful Greek desert. The local honey was also hit in our group, we tried our very best to finish off the biggest of jars!!! We would absolutely come back in a heart beat and have already recommended to other friends and family! One last note, our car broke down on day 1 Spyros even offered to come pick up the ladies and baby whilst we waited for a new car to be delivered. A top guy who would do anything to make sure we had a great experience. Thanks for everything!

Penelope’s house is in a beautiful position, with a wonderful terrace overlooking Kioni. There is a 10-minute walk to the harbor along well-maintained steps. Penelope and Spiros were excellent hosts – the check-in was very smooth - Spiro met us and helped with bags and Penelope had wonderful homemade treats waiting for us when we arrived. We were given a late check out due to late ferry and flight, which we really appreciated. The house is serviced every 4 days to replace towels, sheets, and empty bins, and it is very well equipped for cooking. We will be back for sure!

A true little paradise! We visited during off-season and had the entire beach to ourselves. The house is beautifully furnished, and the garden offers plenty of spots to relax. The view is absolutely priceless - pure relaxation. And just when you think it can't get any better: you can watch the sunset directly from the house! I still dream about the beautiful colors in the sky. Christos was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing great tips and even some lovely little surprises. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay here with our teenage children - amazing being right on the harbour. We brought our paddle board with us which got lots of use. Hardly wanted to eat out as it was so lovely in the house with 2 balconies looking out over the bay. More than we normally spend but well worth it!

This was our first stay in Ithaka, having previously visited on day trips from Kefalonia. We chose Vathy because of its convenience; many tavernas bars and shopping facilities, and a great base exploring the whole island. Henry's house is one of only a few in Vathy with a pool, but it is also only 5 or 10 minutes drive from several delightful coves and beaches. Being right in the centre of Vathy you feel like part of the community, but the house and gardens are also quite private. In October there is an endless supply of lemons from the garden 🍹. The villa is charming and welcoming. Henry is a very welcoming, responsive, and attentive host.

peacefull, quiet and a nice view.

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

We were family of 6 people, 5 nights in this beautiful villa, clean and cozy, with the swimming pool and a few minutes drive from the airport. Weather was a little cold for sitting around the pool, but still great for the views of the sea. After 3 days they come to clean the villa and change linens. The communication with Gjon was very good and agreed to let us stay until 14:00. We enjoyed our stay and recommend! Thank you for hosting us!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is comfortable, cool, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is great for cooking, though we often ate out too. Lahos, where the house is located, is close to Stavros, Exogi, Fríkes, Kioni and all the northern beaches (with a car). It’s quiet too, save for the bell of the local church and the sound of goats and sheep. The pool was a welcome place to cool off. Many thanks Serge.

Daniel was a great host even before arriving, as he was always responsive and provided helpful answers to my questions. He has also organised a baby cot and a high chair for our 6 month old baby. Since we arrived quite late (close to midnight), his colleagues Luca and Daphne welcomed us and showed us around the house. Luca also came the following day since we had an issue with the oven and the hob, but it all got resolved very quickly. Daniel did also come on the day we left since he was in the neighbourhood, which was very nice of him and good to meet him in person. While we were out and about the cleaner had also come once to tidy up (we stayed for 5 nights). The place is as described and as shown in the pictures. The pool is amazing and a great size for kids and adults, especially since one side is less deep than the other (deepest part is 2m, so great to jump in!). The pool water is quite cold end of October, but quite comfy after a few minutes! We will definitely come back.Thanks

The house is located 5 min to Lixouri where you can find everything (supermarket, restaurants, etc). Also Theo’s place is located around 20-30 min to very beautiful beaches. On top, Theo is just great and loves the island! Everything was just perfect during our stay!

We had such a great stay at the beach house. Eli and Ulyssus were fantastic hosts. The house is quite literally on the beach which was perfect for us and our children. Also the taverna at the end of the beach was great with delicious fresh cooked food. The beach itself was great, soft sand and gently sloping. The sea was also so still, lovely for our youngest (who turned three while we were there) to explore the calm water. All in a fantastic holiday and we highly recommend staying with Eli to explore this beautiful side of the island.

Salty pebble house was great only a couple of minutes walk to the bakery. Fiskardo is a 5 min drive away. Would hire a car tho to explore the island. Everything you would need is in the cottage very responsive host. There was essentials waiting like water beer and wine. Definitely would stay again.

I just spent two unforgettable weeks in this beautiful apartment in Kefalonia and I can only leave a super positive review! The location is simply perfect within walking distance of the sea. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. But the real highlight on the cake was the Host's hospitality. She was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the start. She provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit, and made sure we never missed anything. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Greek sea, this apartment is the perfect choice! I recommend it without any hesitation and hope to be back soon.

We (couple, 3 children (6,4,1)) had a really nice time at Vaiyannas garden house, and would definitely recommend it. Inside has everything you need and more to keep the children entertained, but also all the things you might need in the kitchen or others wise. If theres anything you need Maria will provide it as quick as possible. Outside is even better; the children have a very safe space to play because the garden is enclosed , there are nice spots to sit and relax, and you can hear the birds and the sea . The beach is just a few minutes away on foot. The family restaurant offers great dishes and really nice people. Maria and her family are very friendly and always ready to help out or give advice on trips without being obtrusive. All in all, if you’re traveling with children, this is definitively a wonderful place to stay

We spent a great week in Ithaca. Olive Grove was a very beautiful house, with a great view, very close to Vathi and in a very quiet spot. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very kind and very helpful. We were greeted by Mr. Kostas, Jerry's father, and made us feel at home from the beginning. In fact, we had cold water, wine, and the basics in the fridge for a breakfast. The only issue is the many stairs from parking to house, but everything else fully compensates you! The island is great! Highly recommended!

We spent a lovely few days in this excellent apartment just a short walk from the beautiful little marina/harbour at Fiskardo. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and had a lovely big balcony where we spent a lot of time taking in the breathtaking views. There is a nice selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away in Fiskardo, which is a lovely place to have food or a few drinks right by the marina. Would definitely visit again.

Very good place to stay. Modern furnishings, well equipped. Very clean. Detached accommodation, very quiet, which we liked very much.
